Do they also have markets for passes completed? If so are the lines also 50?

If this bet was meant to be for completed passes, that would have been clearly stated. Betonline is now changing the criteria after the bet has been placed and settled, which is completely unfair and misleading.Comment

Like every other people having issues claims, I have no reason to lie. I understand requesting ID photos and what not, but a video of my street sign and me walking in is outrageous, just send me a parcel with a code in it at this point. Did I jump the gun a little bit by posting this, maybe a little, but all is well now. I decided to sleep the stress off, and I wake up to an email chain apart of the last video i sent holding up my ID (not the email chain requesting a video of me and my street sign) saying I am now accepted. Decided to give another withdrawal a shot and boom 1500+ no problem. I appreciate you extending your hand in assisting. I guess I owe a slight apology to BetOnline for being impatient, but 7,000 is a lot to just forget about. I may reach out to you in the future if thats cool, didnt expect this community to be so willing to help.

I no for a fact this book is liquid but IDK were the disconnect is here but they need to fix something? It seems like complaint after complaint lately. Making a guy who deposited in Crypto show a video walking into his house for 7k? JG and the boys need to tell security to get a clue hereComment

No, they do not have a market for completed passes. In both the Bet Builder and Same Game Parlays, it simply goes under the term passes. In the Bet Builder, it explicitly states “passes attempted" in the betslip.

Sounds like something they will fix if you can get it in front of the right manager.
Check your PMs and I will send you a suggestion.Comment

Sportsbetting.ag VIP rewards
Hi
Sportsbetting.ag (sister site of BOL) also started yesterday with VIP rewards as BOL. I played a lot in the past but did not play last year at all. I've got Diamond 2 status but did not get any reward for reaching that level as I got when BOL started with this. Did you get any reward price at the beginning or just position in VIP status?Comment

I suggest others do the same.Comment

Nope- no reward on the launch of the VIP reward program. Which sucks big time because I'm barely Elite. If I played a few hundred K less, I'd be hitting Elite soon and get a big cash bonus. Really irritated by them not giving the bonus at launch and I let them know.

On BetOnline I bet on the Celtics to be the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference after the Celtics lost to the Mavericks a couple days ago. It was +6500 for the Celtics (Knicks were +6600, Cavs at -1400 I believe). I thought that Celtics number was obviously a bit off since most other books would have the Celtics around +1500 or not list this type of bet at all.
Now the bet magically disappeared from my account today, like I never made it. How can people claim BetOnline is a legit site if they do stuff like this? That bet was listed for betting for a long time (at least 12 to 14 hours) and they never changed the odds or removed it during the day yesterday. Now they are retroactively mad that they valued the Celtics at the "wrong number"? That's their fault, not mine.Comment

Huh? I took what the book offered. "Bad lines" happen all the time and are very subjective. For instance the Bulls are like +4000 right now to make the playoffs on Draftkings while some other books have them at +1200. Is +4000 a bad line? Or maybe different books have different projections and algorithms. It's very subjective what's a "bad line" when it comes to long shot futures as so many books have much different odds for longshot futures. I did nothing wrong, the book accepted my bet and then backed out a couple days later because they regretted it. This is 100% on them.Comment

Anyway, it is very obviously what they call a palpable error.
But from there it is arguable that if they booked the bet they should pay the bet anyway, or if they should be allowed to cancel obvious palpable errors like this one.
I waver on that question and don't think it's an easy call to say one thing to cover every situation. But just about every book, including all the US licensed ones, do have a term that says they have the right to cancel errors like this one.
If this were me in your shoes, I would not be surprised they voided and be disappointed my shot at those odds didn't make it through, but not angry with my book over that one.Comment

Thats a long way of explaining if you think Celtics +6500 was an obvious bad line or not. If you need to make up other scenarios to excuse the bet, well you know what that suggests...

The fact they waited 2 days to disappear the bet is extremely shady at the very least. That bet was up the ENTIRE DAY 2 days ago at +6500 and they never took it down or changed the line.Comment

Just wanted to give an update on my case.
Right now, this issue remains unresolved as I reached out to a person responsible, but they have completely ignored my attempts to contact them for over a week now.
It’s really disappointing to see a book as reputable as Betonline choosing to cheat its customers like this. It feels completely unnecessary and makes no sense.
Something weird going on at Betonline.Comment

But I didn't "make up" other scenarios. It's a fact that the Bulls playoff line had (and might still have) a huge variety of numbers depending what book you look at. This happens pretty frequently for futures-related bets. Books have different algorithms and ways of putting out futures bets. The Pacers were at around +650 to make the play in on DK, on BetOnline it was +1200, The Bucks were +240 on DK but +500 on BetOnline. Are those numbers "bad numbers" as well? It's all subjective, and it just shows how greedy and shady books are when they can retroactively days later get upset that they posted a line that wasn't on par with other books in the industry. They hate winning betters and will purposely try to screw them over by hosing them.

I don't know why the delay, maybe they are inefficient or under staffed. Maybe they just did not hurry to review a futures market, because its not urgent to get it settled. Could be anything apart from just "shady".
I tell you what would be REALLY shady though... if you accidently added an extra 0 when transferring them money and sent $10,000 instead of $1000. And then when you saw your statement 3 days later and asked for it back, their reply was "Sorry, it took you 2 days to realize so now we think we should be able to keep your money".
What a scummy attitude that would be from them eh?!
You're a shot taker, completely unreasonable, got caught and are now trying to punish them because your shady thought process did not pan out as you hoped. Own it like a man and accept that sometimes shots miss if you want to take them.
We don't like people trying to use SBR to unfairly smear books. Plenty of other forums that allow that but not us if we can help it.Comment

What do you mean waited? Do you think they realized and then said to themselves "lets wait two days to really punish this guy"?

Straight to personal attacks huh? Guess you couldn't beat my argument so you had to go to ad hominem attacks. Two can play that game bitch.
There's "bad lines" literally every day, and yet you completely ignored that part of my reply, purposely. As of this post right now Bulls are +210 on BetOnline to make the Play-In currently, but +800 on Draftkings.... should those that bet on DK expect to have their bets cancelled/retracted?
I'm shady for taking a bet they offer? Literally go penetrate yourself. "My shady thought process"... so taking a bet they offer is a "shady thought process". Apparently to be a mod here you have to just shill for books being shady 24/7, what a no life \*\*\*\*\*\*.
You're just a pussy ass bitch, no different than every single US President getting on the floor and sucking off Israel and Netanyahu. You shill those books like a good bitch.Last edited by Battlefield3; 02-13-25, 10:42 AM.Comment

Agree with the conclusion that he took a shot and got caught...
Move on instead of doubling or tripling down on the nonsense pal.
Everyone here is naturally for the player UNLESS the player is clearly in the wrong...Comment

You love shilling for greedy books that retract bets don't you?

Will betonline scam me
Well I probably know the answer before they tell me. Been over 3 days.. Was playing slots at betonline which I rarely do. I play sports and bet horses and maybe used the slots 2 times in over a year. Down at least 20 grand over around a year plus. Was bored and started playing 1.00 slots and after a short while I got bonus spins. Hit a few wins up to that point was winning 16.40 in the bonus spins.. than I hit had to be jackpot everything was the same and it was showing it going a million different colors( never seen in before) than the screen went white and turned off. Got right back on and it said I was up 16.40 and had a few spins leftComment
