Today is my birthday and they gave me a free $100. Last year they gave me $600 so the offer definitely did decline a bit. Check your email and look for an email sent on your birthday. I had to click the link to get the offer. I am also Diamond II

#177I believe BOL will have devices used also. Forget the Wifi and IP. BOL doesn't care about 5k. So as others said you are going to have to prove it. Going to Grandmas were u live then to The Bitches ain't gonna cut it. Especially if u used the same devices at both places on both accts and took Bonuses.
Not necessarily accusing them of cheating but will find a way to delay the payout. Such as very detailed KYC requests (utility bill, bank statement, selfie and ID with all matching names and addresses). Have also seen an account being closed with thousands in the balance for betting "more than 50% of the bonus" on one wager. Offshore books have been known to con their way out of paying new users without losing money first before withdrawing.
If you are abusing bonuses with multiple accounts, then you deserve to get banned.Comment -
#178I can attest that BetOnline does indeed to care for $5K. I personally have no issues with BetOnline. As a matter of fact, they have the best offshore book rewards out there. I have personally witnessed an email to my friend on closing his account and holding his $8K due to "inside information/cheating". Opened a brand new account and ran his original deposit to $8K. Shortly after they closed his account. They were accusing him of cheating by having insider information, since profiting heavy on Pro Korean League of Legends esports lmao. I didn't believe it until I saw it myself. I do believe offshore books tend to target newer accounts that quickly start profiting and want to withdraw without losing money first.

#180Seems u know a lot of ppl there El Retardo who have had issues???? Bring some proof, I know the highest guy in charge there and if you aren't fos we can get to the bottom of it. Everyone here knows I'm no schill and lol that you think they care about 5k or you? You have no clue. Korean League of Legends esports LOL everyone bets this. Were u from El Retardo? I have a guess. but I'll let you tell us. Remember this isn't Nintendo 64 or Mario Cart so answer carefully.Comment -
#181hey guys, apologize if this has been mentioned already but has anyone cracked the code on BOL and their VIP payoffs? About a year ago I got to Elite 1 and was hoping for an incredible bonus but I got something like $9,645.23..... I mean that's a nice amount of money and all but where the hell did they come up with that number? Same goes for their weekly payout bonus they give on telegram. Last week I got $120 back after losing 5k. This week I won 7k and have no idea if I will get a payout based on how much I won/lost or how much I bet overall.Comment -
#182I tried to withdraw from BetOnline and they told me a "login mismatch" made them decline my request. I asked what they meant and their customer service said my IP address was not close enough to the address they have for me on file to initiate a withdrawal. Are they serious? You're only allowed to withdraw at home? They don't even let you change your address online how do the expect people to abide by that?Comment -
#183Sounds a bit over careful but as long as they give you a workable way to still withdraw I would probably give them the benefit of the doubt that the security measure is worth taking. Could be that the IP range you tried from has had previous issues for example. Not just that it doesn't match your home IP..Comment -
#184Something really strange happened today I requested a payout for 2K usually they send it within 5 minutes they said it was processed however after repeated chats they're saying there's some issue which they don't know they escalated the situation Etc so don't see the funds does anyone else take sometimes overnight to get paid?Comment -
#185Also does anyone know when overnight dimelines are posted? Customer service is totally clueless they can't even answerComment -

I believe overnight lines are supposed to come out right after the last game for today has started..Comment -
#187ThxOp, just never had something like this with sports betting.ag they would pay me in 5 minutes just like betodds. Let's see what happens tomorrow. Also I was under the impression they had timelines but they don't have them they're more like 12 or 15 cent lines which is disappointingComment -
#188I call you Dykstra.... I promise you don't have anything to worry about with sportsbetting or betonline. Especially being a long time customer. You will be paid. They are one of the handful of offshore books that can still be trusted.Last edited by 2Sweeet; 04-15-25, 01:26 AM.Comment -
#189Not sure what the dykstra reference is but anyways I got an email stating they credited back to my balance... still have no clue why the payout didn't go through no explanation of course; it was a standard Bitcoin payout . Anyways I requested with the same address to the betonline account instead of sportsbetting.ag and was processed in 5 minutes. Thx to all that chimed in. I wasn't worried about their financial situation however the money was taken out of the account and didn't see the funds in the blockchain+ with Bitcoin not too familiar with the technicalities I've heard horror stories of shitt getting lost there by errors in addresses etc. I thought they maybe screwed up.Comment -
#190Well.. after years of being a Platinum VIP III member with betonline.ag I decided to try out some action over at their sister site sportsbetting.ag. After depositing $500, having a +EV from my strategized play-style with table tennis, and rolling the $500 to $1500 with consistent green slips I decide to withdraw about $200 for an upcoming bill that I had due. About 2 hours after submitting my withdrawal request I receive an email about my withdrawal request being denied and to contact support. I contact support and am told that my account is under review and locked, and keep getting told different timelines about when I should hear back from the management/finance team. Finally I just log in to my betonline.ag account as that was not locked, requested for a member of the finance team to KYC me (i.e. sent a bank statement, picture of any cc/dc used to deposit in the past year, a photocopy of your license, and a photo of the license being held up for a selfie). After sending all of this I am then met with support telling me that my account will be closed along with all funds (my deposit included) confiscated due to a management business decision.. I literally got robbed and told to be okay with it. Then my betonline.ag account that I’ve had for years was subsequently closed. Very sick individuals that run this show. I never thought it’d be me after literally having withdrawals in the past on betonline.ag upwards of $10k but as soon as I start messing with their less reputable site sports betting.ag everything goes to hell.Comment -

No justification whatsoever other than simply stating that my account was being closed. https://imgur.com/a/XAZAmJ9
I will PM you an email for their rep Dave Mason. I suggest asking him to review the deposit confiscation.

#194Sounds like they are 101% certain the KYC documents they received, were being recycled and have proof sufficient for the Gaming Commission to uphold their decision.
If this is the case, that's a standard answer because revealing any additional info would be helping the scammer involved in multi accounting.Comment -

That is to say, I'm 99% sure that after getting this type of answer/treatment you have zero chance of recovering your deposit if you are actually a scammer (pardon my language!). If you're not, the only way to recover it may be appealing the decision through the relevant Gaming Authority.Comment -

Stealing deposited funds with zero explanation never has been accepted by us as fair in the history of SBR. This is simply theft, the way it has ben handled.
Dave Mason will ensure the deposit is returned or a proper explanation given.
That is the books correct choices if they think explaining themselves is a security risk.

#200You may not be wrong about what they intended, or do.
But I don't like to see anyone excusing it as standard procedure. Like it is in any way justified for a business to say "Thanks for your money, we are not going to provide any service and will be coinfiscating your money and btw, we wont tell you why or discuss it further".
The arrogance and straight up unfair/criminal mindset that can twist that in their head to think it fair and reasonable is astounding.
The Betonline group and Dave Mason know that too!

#202Sounds like it’s Beekeeper time when I get my next deposit. By principle in my culture when a valuable is thieved from you, you “get it back in blood”. The first lead, Harry from Against All Odds out in Arizona should be fairly easy to locate, at the end of the day it is principle, a connection is a connection, a loss is a loss, an eye for an eye.Last edited by MatrixMax; 04-20-25, 04:41 PM.Comment -

#204Confiscating funds should almost never be allowed, of course, but any idea why they could be closing your accounts? Did you play the same bets on both books, for example, or took any bonuses, although not eligible for it anymore?Comment -

#206Disregard all that was said, looks like Dave is a saint around here who is supported by SBR and its members, I was in the wrong and he, and his company, were in the right for confiscating the money that I had deposited into the account along with the winnings associated. We live in different times I suppose and I failed to understand how the world works nowadays, it’s okay to be have your money taken by anyone and everyone “thumbs up”Comment -

"Please note that effective immediately, we have removed your account’s eligibility to take part in promotions and bonuses that are offered site wide. You may however, be eligible for individual promotions that are offered from time to time. Your existing account will remain open and all funds are available for play or withdrawal.
You will not be permitted to open a new account to avoid these restrictions, doing so may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds."
in case you have received it as well (maybe it ended up in spam, or you missed it), I guess they could see opening a sportsbetting.ag account and taking a bonus as a violation to that.Comment -

I asked about the bonus because Betonline restricted loads of winning players from using bonuses in 2023. Here's what the e-mail back then said:

#209My point was not about dublicate accounts in general, but using a bonus and/or placing the same bets on both, which is known to not be tolerated.
But nonetheless, I agree that it normally should not allow them to confiscate all funds.Comment -
#210UPDATE - I have been attempting to log in daily each morning just for the heck of it and today I FINALLY have been able to log in to both my sportsbetting.ag and betonline.ag account. I will attempt a minor withdrawal later here today, even though my soul wants to just request the entire balance out after this mishap lol, but if all goes well I will report back here, as well as fairly updating my TrustPilot review for both domains to at least a 4-star. Like I said in previous posts it was absolutely bewildering to think that an entity that I've had successful withdrawals upwards of $15k as well as astounding customer service would would skim me for $1500 but I suppose their KYC process is truly the slowest process. Will post later today chapsComment
