Betonline Seized my Money
I won on my account and got it to $10,000 playing Blackjack. Then I couldn't login, I called Betonline and they said my account was closed for violating their terms.
I just spoke with an attorney in Panama, they're going to sue Betonline (but will charge me half of all the money recovered from my account). The attorney told me that he has dealt with Betonline before for the same issue, stealing people's money after they win and he was able to successfully recover their money. He explained that Bet Online is licensed, so when he takes them before the tribunal in Panama City, if they are found liable for stealing a customer's money, as happened here, they could lose their license.
If this has been happening to anyone else on here let me know and I can give you the attorney's information to contact. Although he speaks only Spanish so you might need someone to translate. I speak Spanish fluently.
If Betonline.ag doesn't voluntary return my money I plan to file a complaint with the Junta de Control de Juegos (Panama Gaming Commissions) in addition to filing the lawsuit. They need to be held accountable. They can't just go around alleging a breach of a term and condition to seize all of the money in someones account. Just like in the US if they want to deny service to someone and close their account that's fine but they need to return the money in the account otherwis
