muchbetter never returned my money!
hello,
anyone that had or have an account with Muchbetter? I would like to know because Muchbetter closed my account over a year now and they asked many times Id, proof of address and source of wealth, i sent everything and i filled their form many times and nothing yet.
They do not answer to my emails and after numerous emails i sent they answered that they need alternative id and not my license..!
I really don't know what to do as the customer support they have is not helpful and they do not return my money..
Anyone that could help me???
