Bovada 20+ days of DDoS attack compensation

I've gotten two $40 bonuses, fair IMO for me at least. Yesterday it seems their reward points tracker was not working, as I got nothing for hundreds in Belmont bets. Nothing has shown up yet.

I've only had one day of betting issues since this started. I figured they'd be down during the Belmont betting yesterday but no issues.

Still a concern of course.

Until Bodog doesn't pay me ( which they have everytime) I will continue to play there. They have given me many bonuses over the years and 2 just recently with the site issues. Solid book imo.

Good luck with this J.O.K.E. of a site. Let's hope for your sake that they pay you if you hit again b/c guys have had funds vanish out of their accounts during the World Record DDoS attack.....at least that's what BOVADA claims. Saying nobody's account was compromised however I got bombarded from calls from Panama after this fiasco.

I won't ever send another ounce of Bitcoin to this place after the way they F'ed their customers. F-EM!!!!

They have had no problem paying me $100k over the last 15-20 days. Most payouts took less than an hour.

This year and during their shaky site problems which basically started at the beginning of the year, I'm about even. I play there constantly and used all their bonuses including their 30x up to $200 deposit bonus which lasted about 2 weeks for me (3x times per week). Really not quite sure if they took me off their bitcoin exclusive program but the bonuses did change, for instance of the 30x, etc. But then about one week later they put me in the "premium" bitcoin exclusive program. I'm Hall of Fame - Red Room and been playing there for years. But I do understand some of the frustrations that other posters here and on their forum have been expressing.

Apologies if this is elsewhere but what they should do in my view is reward the players for no attacks rather than for getting attacked. It seems likely that if they incentive DDoS attacks then they will continue. Why not give a bonus at the end of each year based on being attack free?

The OP makes a good point about them saying this compensation was going to be done via tier levels if they did not actually do that. He has a valid right to be upset and if true that he is a high limit player, the company should reach out to retain his business.

Moving forward though, stop incentivizing attacks.
