Texted the 2 numbers i had for them last night trying to get a deposit bonus.. Got a text back saying he couldnt offer me a bonus. Got another text a few hours later from Louis saying they could offer me 100% 12x rollover. $2000 max. And the agent gave me the address to send to.. Sent the $2000 and now the agent dissapears and Charles whos in on the scam as well says the agent hasnt worked there in 2 months. And he cant get a hold of him even thou he told me this morning that Louis never recieved my money.. Implying that he talked to him this morning.. Charles is a complete scammer STAY AWAY FROM BIGBETBIZ! Optimal if u can help in anyway let me know.. Thanks..

I’ve dealt with Charles for about a year now and something seems off with your post. Not saying you’re lying but you need to make sure you email their support address before you deposit anywhere. Don’t just deposit based on what some random phone number says.Comment -

Make it right how? Put money in your account they don’t have? Sorry bud, there are a lot of shady sites out there and I feel for your situation but bashing a book about an ex employee scamming you is not right. Learn to email the customer support address to verify it’s an actual employee you’re dealing with or USE THE CASHIER ON THE WEB SITE THEY HAVE. This book pays and doesn’t scam so, thanks.

Well that still does not seem like a great thing if you said before that you thought they were all in on it. You sent $2000 right. And he put $500 in and i am going to assume there is a rollover. At the least if he was going to do it put $500 as cash in your account with no rollover at least that gives you some of what you lost back.Comment -
hate to say it, but it's your fault. i would never text someone or drift off the official website. offshore loves to say "we tried to call you, but you're not answering." and i always tell them the same thing.. yep! there's no reason for me to answer. i will contact you via CS email or live chat where we can discuss things.
the comment about charles saying louis never received your money, but he can't get a hold of him is very odd though. are you sure you understood that correctly? maybe it was meant as he talked to him, and louis said he didn't get any money.. but now he is having trouble contacting him again.Comment -
