I'm trying to connect to the Bet365 live chat/support but all I'm seeing is a Virtual Assistant which basically does nothing for me. The last time I used the Bet365 live chat/support there was someone that I could live-chat with regarding an issue. Did Bet365 just get rid of their live-chat/support altogether and just install this Virtual Assistant now or is there a way to still get actual live-chat/support on their platform? Any help would be much appreciated.
