    Heritage Sports Account Signup Denied
    Hi,

I tried signing up for a Heritage Account yesterday and received this response. "A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, # with the following response:

Your signup request was denied by the security system we have in place for new signups. You will not be able to open an account with Heritage Sports. Good luck wherever you decide to play.

We hope this response has sufficiently answered your questions. If not, please do not send another email. Instead, reply to this email or login to your account for a complete archive of all your support requests and responses."

So I contacted Heritage Sports today and was told that I needed to contact sales via phone or email. So when I called the phone number provided by the customer service rep. it was a phone number for an AARP Insurance #. So then I emailed "sales@heritagesports.com" and received this response:

"That sign up request was denied by the industry shared, automated security system and we will be unable to create the new account. Take care."

I have never had an account with Heritage Sports in the past and have in no way been affiliated with their website. Actually the first time that I ever went on the site was last night. Has anyone else run into this problem and why am I being denied signing up for an account? I'm not even given a reason why I'm being denied to open a new account it's just denied. Can someone please help me out?

They gave you the reason? Apparently another book took issue with you and put you on the industry shared list of bad apples. Maybe the other book didn't like your action and felt others wouldn't either?

No, no reason at all. By bad apple do you mean trying to win..lol?? I mean isn't that why we play, play to win.."you play to win the game"? If that's the case, I guess I'm a bad apple like most people on here since almost every thread I read someone is cashing out $5,000+ and complaining that they can't cashout fast enough..lol. I'm pretty sure that I'm not known in the industry as some super sharp shark that's winning hundreds of thousands of dollars on a consistent basis.

THE REASON IS CAUSE YOU ARE ON THE SHARED LIST. Up to you to figure out why you are on the list.

Can be more reasons, some kind of blacklist (shared), used clones before and they know you, using some kind of VPN or something that they don't like, GEO location, ... u can always ask them why not? Or you find an answer in yourself?

No, not clones, no VPN, no GEO location (I'm allowed to sign up for an account with the country I'm in). So a shared list is another sportsbook putting your information out there without my permission. I guess that's ok.

I sent them a message asking for a reason, etc. but haven't heard anything back.

                Ever charg ed back?

Whatever their reason, better they tell you now than when you try to withdraw first time like most places do really.

I have never even had an account there or any affiliation whatsoever. I don't even know really know what a charge back. I thought I'd check out the site because of the good reviews it has gotten. The first time I ever went on their site was last night.

I have a general idea of what a charge back is. Is it playing over the amount you deposited? If that's the case or a similar case, I have never done that in my life at any book that I have played at. With all the long-term winners on here, I'm surprised nobody else has chimed in on this with regards to receiving the same message from this book.

it's depositing with a crDit cr\d, losing the bets, and then telling the cr/d company that it was a fraudulent charge to get the money back on the cr/d

Thanks for the reply mm and for explaining what a charge back is. And nope, never even thought of doing one of those since I've never used a credit card to deposit at any sportsbook.

Is that outside the US? Last thing they told me when I asked a while ago was "At this moment, we are not offering any business to customers outside the United States."

So even if your country may be listed on the drop down menu, this would likely to be the reason. That list afaik is not accurate. The site actually even is blocked for most countries on that list.

over three years ago, so things may have changed - but it looked like the most likely explanation to me

That being said, some offshores sites are blocking individual provinces now that have 'legal' books.

                                    That may be your problem.

Furthermore, if they're not accepting Canadian customers, why do they have Canadian flags on their website, I guess for decoration..heh.

Yeah I been there for 8 years.

Just saying it's not blocked to Canada as far as accessing or viewing the site which another poster seemed to be saying about some countries in general. Maybe they stopped accepting new sign ups from here but that is news to me.

Yes if you are from Canada you are automatically redirected to the Canadian log in portal.

                                            I don't bet live lines.

Have not been limited that I have noticed, but I don't make huge bets either.

Heritage has been denying a lot of new sign-ups in the last few months. My guess is they were getting hammered by new accounts for the 100% sign up bonus and decided to severely limit who they allow to sign up. Bookmaker has adopted a similar policy.
I can see where it becomes difficult for a sportsbook to decide who is a legit player and who is a multi-account. I don't know what Heritage's guidelines are for figuring this out but they look to be too stringent.
There's lot of sportsbooks out there. Just choose a different one.

So it was GEO location at the end. Happens many times. Your country is on the drop down list but when trying to open an account they will tell you that your country is not eligible for the account. That is just a standard drop down menu of all countries I guess, they even don't go trough the list and remove the restricted countries.

About multi-account bonus abusing, if that is the case, why they simply don't remove all the bonuses for non US accounts. Bookmaker gives bonuses only to US+Canada. Nothing, if you live in other countries.

Thanks for the reply guys. Heritage emailed me on Saturday stating that their reason for not letting me signup was that they are not accepting any new Canadian customers. Why didn't they just tell me this in the first place..lol! I've Never done any multi-accounting betting or anything like that. At least I have an answer now as to why I couldn't signup for a new account.

On Monday I got this message from Bet365, "Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect. Any existing unsettled bets will remain open on your account and will be settled in the normal way. You may withdraw the existing balance on your account in the usual manner."

I'm sure with a name like 'Limited' and a pic of 'bet3.65' you must have gotten this message from 'Bet365' before? I surely can't be the only person on here who has been completely shut out in this manner?

Yeah, 10 years ago I was kicked out of bet3.65 after a decent one month run, difficult to imagine now days.

I never used it, but efbet looks pretty similar.
