Bookmaker.eu stole my 848,881.66 betpoints

Hello all. Without warning or explanation Bookmaker has told me I cannot redeem my 848,881 bet points which are worth over $5,000 cash. I have been saving to hit 1,000,000 points which is extremely stupid in hindsight but I never even figured it was possible they would try to scam me like this.

It is one thing to ban me from the loyalty program, which they have given me 0 reasons for, but not letting me redeem the ones I have earned up to this point should be illegal.

What is my course of action? This is A LOT of money that I need to get back from them.

Did you stop playing with them for a while? I do know that to remain diamond status, you have to continuously play at that level or else they take away your points every quarter. You should have cashed in the points before it reached that level.

No i actually won big the night before. i have been betting every day and was platinum.

Yes i should've cashed the points for sure, very stupid of me, but still not a valid excuse for them to do this.

Some what good news update:

They lowered me to a Gold tier and let me redeem my points at a 50% discount.

Kind of messed up but at least I got something out of it.

That’s good, next time don’t let those points accumulate too much. One time they made a mistake and gave me 100,000 points by accident, I cashed those out quicker than a hooker waiting for a client in a Ferrari.

actually I don’t know if it was a mistake or not but I went from platinum to diamond status and saw 100,000 points in my bank. Maybe that’s the reward when you get diamond status. It was around $800
