Bodog is holding part of my money

I need held with a web page called Bodog. They said that i did not comply with terms of condition and that´s a lie. The gave me less of the half of my money , i send them a lot of e-mails and they don´t want to answer anymore. I don´t know how contact them, i really need the rest of my money back, please if anyobody wants to help i will be greatful.
