Bovada closed my account for "investigation" on 12/6/2022. Since then, despite my communications, my account has been locked off without further explanation or update. Bovada has not established a timeline for anything moving forward and is not awaiting anything from my end. This move ever so conveniently followed a super jackpot win of ~$240,950 on 12/3/2022. Bovada has said their investigation is for "my own security" but will not elaborate. I have had an account with Bovada for over 15 years. During that time, they have never voiced any suspicions against me. The only thing that has changed is that I have started playing their progressive jackpots regularly over the past half year. I gave Bovada more than 5 days of notice before posting publicly. They did not respond. I even tried pitching a bitch at Casinomeister in hopes of private resolution. Their only response was that they will only communicate with the customer directly in these situations. That would be fine if they would actually communicate with me. Bovada has been warned and alerted to this post. I don't like taking things like this public but given the circumstances this is the only remaining option to me that I can think of to get some leverage. Obviously, I will fight as necessary to get paid. Bovada has implied to me at this point that they will only respond to force.

#4Go on twitter and tag Landon Tice and JoeIngram and I am sure you will get a resolution.
Did they make you write about your win in their forums? I had a few big wins $100k+ and they basically made me answer a bunch of questions in their public forum and make a brag post essentially.Comment -
#5They haven't made me write about my win in their forums as they haven't yet paid me a penny or acknowledged my win. Technically speaking, 5 weeks later, I am still "under investigation". You got your $100k+ relatively quickly and easily? Was it on progressives, "hot drops", or something else? I will incrementally take the issue to other places on the internet as needed and post periodic updates. As far as I am concerned, Bovada is a major brand. These super jackpots are won by someone every couple of days and are usually over $200,000. Even given the size of the win and the fact that a number of these jackpots are won at sites other than Bovada itself, if Bovada can't manage this situation without a 2nd or 3rd thought, it should be a big warning sign to all other players at their site and should eventually affect their overall grade.Comment -
#6That sounds unreasonable if you are providing the full story.
It's worth asking mods at their community forum about this too https://community.bovada.lv/
The maker of the software and other operators contributing to the network jackpot might also be interested that Bovada refuse to payout a jackpot that should have little to do with them..Comment -
#7GL with Bovada Optional is pretty smart You might wish to contact those who endorse Bodog/and or Bovada. GL sir - Offshore is in a freefall as we all know.Never forget Bet Islands -- and the real truth about Bet-Jam and the Greek . It pays to visit San Jose or someone that operates pph sites from there . It sucks to not be able to trust any offshore operation. Just like SBR changed opertions overnight . Give Mr Battaglia a call from Keenland -- he a big promotor for them - Cannot hurt

#8This may sound cold but why would they allow big wins like this if they don't intend on paying??Comment -

#21Give the OP a break. He signed up in 2009, not that long after you. The fact that he chooses not to participate in the daily back and forth in this forum does not diminish his case.Comment -
