I've been a Bet105 customers for three years. I haven't needed to contact them that much. But when I've tried, I've been able to talk to someone reasonably quickly through live chat.
I had a minor issue with my account a couple of days ago. I tried contacting live chat about it. After being on hold for 30+ minutes waiting to talk to someone, I gave up. I tried again the next day. The same thing happened.
So, I thought I'd try emailing them. Haven't received a response in a couple of days.
Anybody else having this issue with them?
I know that last year they began limiting a bunch of people (including myself), and they closed the door to new customers. Are they scaling back their operations, including staffing?
I like this book. They have reduced juice, and offer a lot of different types of bets that I can't find elsewhere. But the lack of connectivity/availability is concerning to me.
I use several other books. I can always get a hold of someone quickly through live chat or email or phone. So, to me this is a bad look at Bet105.
