William Hill CANADA giving me hard times withdrawing to my bank. Can you guys help?
William Hill is again giving me hard times. They limited my account 3 days ago (I cant bet on sports anymore).

Yup you bet it, I had a good winning streak!

I still have a freebet of 100$ that can't be bet at all (high stake error) and which will expires tonight.. they told me I should be able to bet it after documents verification. You bet it, my account was already verified but obviously they immediatly unverified it after limiting my account. I had to send documents all over again. Yay!! Now it's verified. Freebet still blocked. Talk to their support.. their answers are clueless.

So i'm just trying to get the h**l out of here right now. And now they are giving me hard times about withdrawing funds to my bank. Since I used my credit card, only bank transfer was available. I tried multiple combinations of information. My transfers are always rejected. And their form is not really helpfull. Again, chat support is clueless. Sometimes they put me in queue and just never answer. Sometimes they answer, but with vague and pointless information like "Try to reinstall your mobile app" or "Contact your bank for further assistance" and immediatly they close the chat session so I dont even have the time to reply.

What a nightmare. And now even worst, the withdrawing form stopped asking for bank info. No way to enter it.. They say I should deposit again with my bank as a new payment method before I withdraw. Is this endless?

Anyway, Id' like to make sure I submit the correct bank information to them the next time. For those who succeded withdrawing with them (big kudo to you) would you mind to help? My bank is National Bank of Canada.
    • Should I enter the main branch address or my local branch address?
    • Bank account number. They say I have to enter the bank account along with the instituion number.. well, does it means all the number on the bottom of my checking sample?
    • My bank have multiples BIC / Swift code. Which one is the good one? BNDCCAMMXXX Main Branch, BNDCCAMMVAL (SECURITIES), BNDCCAMMINT (INTERNATIONAL DEPARTMENT) or BNDCCAMMIMM (TREASURY DEPARTMENT)

    Thanks in advance for helping!

Hopefully a Canadian will come along to assist with the number questions but you generally use the bank head office address rather than your local branch. And if they are paying you in CA$ then you would use the Main Branch SWIFT code out of those.

All the info needed for a wire is there on your cheques or in your account profile online. If its international they may require the SWIFT bank code

        Canadian Bank SWIFT Codes
        • RBC. RBC's SWIFT code is ROYCCAT2XXX.
        • BMO. Bank of Montreal's SWIFT code is BOFMCAM2XXX.
        • Scotiabank. Scotiabank's SWIFT code is NOSCCATTXXX.
        • CIBC. Chase's SWIFT code is CIBCCATTXXX.
        • TD. TD Bank's SWIFT code is TDOMCATTTOR.

Are they are asking for an 'iban/account' number?

Took me like 8 attempts to figure that out when Betfair booted me. Charged me a fee each time.

Found this thread on a Canadian forum.

It's a UK-based bookie, like bet365, but they take Canadian gamblers. They ask for Bank Account Number and also the BIC Code but they don't

According to it, account number format as to be like this: 000-00000-0000000000 where the first 3 digits are institution number, next 5 are transit/branch number and last 7-12 digits are your account number.

Not in the check sample order but i gave it a try and sent the withdrawal again for processing. I'll report.

                Thanks you all for helping.

Call your bank and ask them for the info or go to a branch and they will print it out for you.

Finally figured it out. They asked for another verification when my info hit them with the right sequencing. The second verification in the same week lol, and the third this year.

The money went in. They took (the bank or them) about 50$ of fees. Happy ending i'll call it. Customer wise it was a big nightmare. I'll now stay way from them. 4ever. Final.

WHen i was playing with both WillHill and Bet365, I would always incurr a $14 wire fee on my withdraws. Bet365 had no charge as they sent an EFT not a wire.
