Yes, but if you were hoping to play with them they are not available in USA and in Canada they have announced they are withdrawing from that market.

I am in canada but they said i could play ,was told only ontairo could not play

Ah, I did not realize they were doing that. I am unsure how legal it really is to use a Malta license for Canada.

They are an Estonian book which does not have a bad name or history that I know of.

They were fine in Ontario. Used them daily for the year that they were in operation here. Nice deposit bonus(es). First electronic funds withdrawal I ever attempted was a bit of a nightmare, as they claimed my info didn't match what I had submitted through KYC, but I believe this was just a case of a massively incompetent CS Rep and it was eventually resolved with an email or two. After that I had zero problems covering dozens of withdrawals...
