When I talk to the chat agents they say they all work.

They tell me to send email to customerservice@heritagesports.eu

I did and still no response for a month.

I mean I am trying for a month now everyday at least 2 hours on the phone.

There sportsbook may be A but I think there customer service is D at best for real.

I agree, I haven’t used them in years and after I contacted them about my I account I realized why. They were top notch at one time, back in the days of invite only, Murphy was my go to guy. Those days are long gone. Customer service in general, and I mean everything from your mobile carrier, ISP, Amazon, pretty much anywhere you pay a bill has gone to shit. Nobody gives a rats ass anymore.
