    Blogpost/Review of Betdsi—need input
    Hi All,

Im a freelance writer doing an article/review of Betdsi. I realize they are one of the smaller books and have perused several posts/experiences already in this forum. But if anyone has any experiences they want to share both positive and negative please dm and I will follow up with questions.

I opened a new account with them and am doing my due diligence but could use some other sources.

    thx for considering

They went from one of my top 3 books to deposit to not even on my list to deposit anymore. Ever since they went on their own and changed their bonus structure i have not bothered with them . They will pay but i do not bother because a ton of other books pay that give me normal bonuses without having to worry .

BetDSI offers a couple of different books on their site, which I think is a plus. My understanding is that these books have different odds providers, so it is essentially like having three books in one. Limits are pretty good, especially on the Superbook. They pay out in a timely fashion.

Now the bad. Their bonuses are very predatory and the wording behind them is somewhat unclear. First, if you have a bonus >$1,000, only the first $100 of every bet goes towards a rollover. They don't even have the technology to track this automatically as you have to ask for manual updates to your rollover. To their credit, this rule is stated clearly in the terms and conditions.

Second, your bonus funds are in a separate account from your cash funds and they are treated as two separate balances. When I started with them, my cash account went bust so I bet exclusively with my bonus account, thinking they were essentially the same thing since they both counted towards the rollover. When your rollover is met, your bonus account converts to the cash account, but only the first $10,000 of bonus funds is converted. The rest disappears. I saw one example on this forum where someone had $28,000 in the bonus account and $18,000 was essentially taken from them when only the first $10K was converted.

If this rule was stated clearly in the terms and conditions, that would be fine, but its not. The language reads:

"Any new member active from August 1st 2012 to current date will have a maximum bonus cash out of $10,000 per 30 calendar days. Any additional bonus conversion within the same calendar 30 days, where as the member has already received the $10,000 maximum cash out. The maximum bonus cash out is $5000."

Not only is there an incomplete sentence, but I think it is unreasonable to expect a customer to understand that any balance above $10,000 is forfeited. Upon reading this the first time, I thought it just meant that any remaining amount would have to sit in the bonus account for an additional 30 days before also being converted. I am of the opinion that this is a deliberate and targeted means of screwing customers out of their winnings through the use of deceptive wording.

So overall, they do a lot of things right as a sportsbook, but they operate in bad faith in several extreme scenarios. From what I have heard, they also do not respond to arbitration requests. In case people from BetDSI happen to be lurking, always willing to discuss these issues and work towards a solution.

Those 5 words are about all of a review that is needed.

It's that way when any valid dispute comes up. Not just with their bonus shenanigans.

Sh!t Book ever since they left the Cris/Bookmaker family. Deleted my winnings after the fact saying I shouldn't have been offered a bonus. This was done after I completed the rollover on it. No longer an honorable outlet, so do NOT deposit there!

I agree . But i have to give them credit for the one thing they do right . And as far as i can tell they pay if you cashout. But the bonuses are a major killer to me there and i rely on bonuses to get a head start when i go All In . Grant it they say it right on the site how they will screw you but you have to go looking for it on the site. I will never forget when i deposited $150 and got like a 100% FP . I used it on a parlay and won a decent hit. Then i played a bit more and got to like over $4000 + . I figure by now i should have rollover on a $150 deposit. I go to cash out and when i could not went on live chat. They said i had a $17000 rollover. Something insane like that . On a $150 deposit. Luckily i had saved the bonus and sbr intervened to help me . Then they let that go but surprise surprise after they moved it into my cash balance i had to roll it over again 1xs. I ended up cashing out $2000 . But they did pay.

After that i barely play there maybe once in a blue moon without a bonus for a small amount and thats it
