any body have experiis with SBR Arbatration service?

i am trying to make a withdrawl from betonline.ag which mentions on its website that they offer an arbitration service by SBR for resolving disputes. betonline is rated A+ @SBR. I am just getting the runaroud when i call them. i have a high balance and am concered aboutthe entire balance not just the withdrawl Any help is welccome. thanks.

SBR have asked Betonline to remove that notice from their site as we no longer offer mediation services for any non-USA/CA licensed bookmaker.

SBR also does not rate Betonline A+. We ceased rating non-licensed books almost two years ago.



But what's the problem and maybe I can help point you in the right direction?
