I chatted with their support before I made a deposit and they’re huge scammers. They have max withdrawal amounts based on your deposit amount with bonus . For instance if you deposit $100 and take their 210% freeplay the most you can win withdraw after hitting rollover is $500. The rest of the winnings beyond that would be confiscated.

If it's in their written rules how is this a scam? Might be a bad deal but that doesn't make it a scam, high rollovers are shit too but not a scam if disclosed.

Jesus - $100 and max cash out is $500 !!

So basically - you have to generate enough action to fulfill a RO - but you can’t win too much either.

They may pay - but why all that work for a max payout. I’d get it if it were like 3-5k - prevent someone from coming in with $100 - putting it all on a big dog and then generating enough winnings to easily fulfill a RO - but $500. Sounds like someone running a book during 8th grade study hall with that max payout amount.

I don't think you understood something correctly, I just asked my AM there and his reply was:

"There's no max cash out on the welcome bonus or the re up bonus as stated on the promotions page."

I think you should read your chat again and straighten it out, I've been playing and gotten paid so I was worried by your comment as I still take bonuses, turns out thats not the case.

Stay away I beat them they don’t pay. I have screen shots of my accounts and text messages for 3 months they keep saying they will contact their provider. What the hell does that mean. It’s got to the point I have to report them because you will get scammed

No idea what the guy is talking about. I’ve been getting paid ever since I started playing with them. Rollover isn’t bad on bonuses if compared to betus but I like that I can watch the games within their live betting. More books should do that.

Betpack.com is only website advertising them, they are not even allow me to add my review, scam. They are not answering my email and their customer service also can not follow up with the other departments and the agent assigned to my account is not answering. Absolute Scam.

I deposited 3 times over a year and finally completed rollover requirements than was told I need to verify account. It's been (3) three weeks since account verification was complete still waiting on payout
No way they got me for $1000 in deposits... seems petty

I was paided out one 500 withdrawal after I switched my bitcoin wallet to a private one instead cash app, also became very annoying and stayed on top of customer service.. I guess its legit just needs better operations..
