Bookmaker took my betpoints, deposit bonuses away for no reason and no explanation?

I noticed about 2 weeks ago I wasn't accruing any betpoints anymore. Also, no bonuses on deposits either. I've tried several times to get on the chat and speak to a manager but can never get through to one. What a pain in the a$$. Has anyone had this problem?? Not to mention, I've been with Bookmaker for many many years and never had a problem.

Betpoints and other promos on Bookmaker are usually only for losing players. Once you get classified as a winner, they take them away. Has been like this for years.

Lost my betpoints around 20 years ago. They did send me a CRIS polo shirt when I complained. Had the lion logo with "where the line originates". Miss those days when you could actually talk to a manager on the phone.

I've seen almost a carbon copy of this post at last a dozen times from old timers as well as new users.

It's the way they remove perks without mentioning it that throws people.
