August 13,2023 I received an email saying that a new and improved WH Nevada sports app was coming and all monies and open wagers would be safe and transitioned to the new App.

Never received any emails until finally a manager emailed me after a request by me after dealing with several representatives over why no transition to the new app has taken place. There is no longer any access to the old or new app.
There is no record of me on file and apparently IT is looking into the matter.
I have been a loyal customer to them for many many years and have enjoyed wagering with them. I even stuck by them during the Super Bowl mess up when their app was shut down and no one could access their money. Now this new transition from the old to new app is even worse and my money with them is left in limbo for over a month now.
So, if there is no resolve in the next few days can someone tell me what my next step is?
