Spankodds (spankodds.com) offers that. It's similar to DonBest but for stuff like this might be a step above. I've been testing it for over a year and it has been a great tool.
Unfortunately about to go full on paid subscription in a matter of days and it won't be cheap, but it is worth if you now how this business works.
