I have two locals, I use them just for fun and sometimes they offer lines my books don't have. Example V league 3 and 4.

You will have a hard time winning long-term without an arsenal of books including locals. Old school shops like BetGrande, Bookmaker and others find you, you don't find them these days. I treat my old school credit shop agents like gold and they do the same for me. And no, no referrals. Find a college kid.
