Wish I could bet with them. Had a misunderstanding when signing up for an account and now they think I'm a multi accounter. No consideration or discussion despite my attempt to resolve all issues. I realize there are people that try to scam out there, but was still very frustrating. Also seems to keep me from betting with Justbet, which is basically a clone from my understanding.

Yea 100 percent 20x roll they’ve gone down hill imo. 20x roll seems desperate they have no managers anymore just incompetent people running cs or automated email responses, no call center. 30 min to grade an nfl game. Betcris/Bookmaker got rid of half the staff during and after Covid. They also kept people working remotely instead of in the office. They stopped phone bets and even calls. So if you have a problem good luck. From one of the best to as bad as it gets.
