    [Resolved] Heritage acting extremely shady???
I saw on this forum that Heritagesports.eu has a good reputation, so I made an account and deposited $1000 in bitcoin.

Currently, my account contains 6000 dollars and they're making me do KYC, which I completely expected.
However, every time I upload my passport ID for KYC, it is denied stating "This document is not appropriate."

I have gone into customer service repeatedly and asked why my GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID THAT EXPIRES IN 10 YEARS EXACTLY MATCHING MY PERSONAL INFO is not appropriate. They don't give a straight answer and are extremely uncooperative.

It even literally says in their rules a passport is a government ID. "The identification document must be a government issued ID (Copy of driver’s license, state ID or passport)"

My passport is my only form of government ID and it has worked for every other offshore book I've signed up at (Bovada, Bookmaker, etc.). At every other book the verification process is extremely quick and painless.

I uploaded my ID at least 5 times, taking pictures in every possible angle and also tried uploading as PDF.
But nope I checked 5 minutes ago and my last uploaded was rejected once again stating "not appropriate."

I thought this site was supposed to be reliable??? I am extremely dumbfounded by how terrible the customer service and verification process is. WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED REJECT MY ID AND LEAVE ME GUESSING WHY???

I am trying to cooperate, but I really don't want to wait 3 weeks to get a state ID delivered because I have a feeling Heritage is going to reject it anyways because its obvious they're trying to scam me at this point.

Can you guys please help me get the $6000 dollars withdrawn???
Anyone whos thinking of joining Heritage STAY THE penetrate AWAY. theyre acting 10 times more shady than bookmaker, bovada, and betonline combined.

That's frustrating. CS people sound useless by your account.

Not sure it's worthy of being called shady though.

"not appropriate" sounds like a passport is not what they are looking for.

They probably want something that also has your address on it at a guess.

Have they asked for a utility bill or anything else?

Care to share the exact messages asking for your ID? Maybe I'll be able to spot the issue from that.

What state takes 3 weeks to deliver an ID? Pony express still active there? Sounds annoying but I'd gladly take a drive to the local DMV and wait half a day in order to get 6k out of an account if that's what it took. Always more to the story though

Their Email rejecting my withdrawal request:
"We hope this email finds you well.We are writing to touch base with you regarding the correspondent validation of your accountWe require from every customer to provide a photo ID and utility bill for payout purposes. If you do not have a utility bill, you may also provide documents such as bank account/credit card statements, or car/health insurance correspondence.

To register your documents online, please go to My account, then to Customer Validation and upload your documents by clicking on the Validate buttons that are underneath your name and physical address.
        "

I uploaded my bank statement already and that was accepted. So they already verified my address.

Then, now all they're asking for is a PHOTO ID which is exactly what a passport is.

LOL, Smelly Pete thinks something smells bad and he thinks it's Heritage--an A Book according to most. Maybe you farted Pete, but want to blame Heritage. Hey I get it, I do that with my dog all the time. Seriously, you'll get paid Pete if everything is on the up and up with you. In the meantime, take a shower.

I checked at my DMV website and it says it takes 3 weeks for them to mail it to me. I would love to get a new ID instantly but it doesn't seem possible in my state.

Yes, I am blaming Heritage for being an absolute pain in the ass not accepting the most valid form of government issued ID, that is also listed as an example in their rules.

I have a lot of experience with ID doc requirements, you are welcome to send me the image you are uploading and maybe I can spot the problem.

If they are using an ID verification service it will need to see all edges of the document. So if you have a finger over any edge or not showing the entire thing that could the issue. You also need a good enough resolution so it can enlarged and every word is legible.

Also if you PM your account ID I can pass it on to forum user Heritage Insider. They are a rep who helps people here with issues. You can't PM them directly until you have 40 posts though.

Thankfully I was able to get the ID verified. For some Magical reason once I started complaining here they accepted it. Now once the withdrawal goes through I'm done with this site.

                        Good to hear.

I bet someone actually went to a security manager about it finally.

Glad it was resolved. I sent a PM to Heritage Insider once I saw this thread (because you didn't have enough posts to do so), don't know if it made a difference. Regardless, there was never a doubt in my mind that you'd be paid. Heritage is an A book despite their subpar customer service.

Yes, Heritage indeed has many good offerings but, in my opinion, good customer service determines whether someone stays at a book long term.

If Heritage trained their customer service to be on the level of BetOnline or Bovada, they would be the best sportsbook by miles. But as of now, they take 5 minutes to respond to simple questions in live chat and half the time their response is completely incorrect...

I've dealt with BOL customer service for the past 2 decades and they are much worse than Heritage's CS. I've had to reach out to BOL boss Dave Mason several times to get wagers corrected. It's the nature of the beast, offshore CS sucks.

My experience is, the more reputable and certified books are, they have worst CS agents.

Had the most satisfying CS agent experience with Youbetonit, cashbet. Both are now certified crooks mofos.

I guess books like heritage, betonline type of bonafide books don't need to hire sweet talking dudes to make people

play there because they know that their service talks by itself.

I don't know about betonline cause its been awhile since I played there, but heritage do need to spend a bit

more $$$ on CS agents lol

Heritage insider is great though go Insider! problem solver!

"Was" is the key word. Fred became a thief at the end, stealing from anyone he couldn't pay. His go to excuse was it was "wise guy" action, so stiffing was perfectly acceptable. He stole from a lot of so called wise guys. Fred is a POS.
