Betonline.ag slow bitcoint payout, even the payout already authorized

Anyone have same issue with BOL lately?

I play with them for years. Normally their payout very quick. Before, everytime i request a payout by Bitcoin, they will send me coulpe email. The first email is say payout authorized, after that couple minute i will receive another email say payout processed and bitcoin show up in my wallet. But this time, since last night after the email say authorized, as of now is almost 12 hours they still not processed, and the payout still pending.

All they say is BTC payout is have a time frame 24 hours, please wait. Its weird because before it never take that long. Plus im a VIP Diamond level 2 i should have priority payout like they list in the VIP Diamond Rewards benefit

They must have had an issue.....normally btc hits in under 5 minutes. Glad you got the money.....gurantee the next payout will be normal.

Just extra demand. And people being impatient and wanting to be at the front of the queue choosing higher and higher fees

To date, I have never waited more than 30 minutes with bookmaker even at max daily payout. Not sure what’s going on, but will update here once I receive. I guess we may all be a bit spoiled but the truth be told we all expect our A books to pay right away as our deposits are taken right away without quarrel!!

Have you checked the blockchain to see if they have sent it but its just held up waiting for confirmations?

Betonline did advise that it was likely held up in Blockchain, but I did not get any details to confirm for myself as Betonline does not supply this in email received however I did not ask but will next time. With that being said I received my funds 10 minutes ago which took 11 hours to complete. Of course I am happy to receive, but have been paid by them usually in no more than 30 minutes so 11 hours is a bit unusual. Just to add to the rest of the comments seen in this thread, I have noticed an increase in BTC price the last few weeks.

I don't get why you would bust some balls if it says 24 hours just because you are used to it in 10 minutes. If it says 24 hours, then wait 24 hours and if its not there after 24 hours - then you can start busting balls about it.

This is like a dealer telling a crak-head I may need up to 24 hours to get you the crak. 1 hour goes by and the crak-head didn't get it yet so he starts calling the dealer every hour. Common man. WTF!

Some of us may have dead lines on funds received, especially if professional and using it in other ways such as Bitcoin surge and wish to use in other ways. Perhaps you can start your own thread with your personal opinion. Just saying, no offense..

Books don't care what you have going on on the side. As he stated, they give you a timeframe and until it exceeds that there is no point in complaining to the masses. Its foolish to count on a sports book for any time sensitive maneuver. At this rate all you can do is hope to be paid at all

Betonline is #1 offshore imo. With most other books going down in customer service and offers, they are going against the grain with their new VIP model. No limiting that i know of and nice bonus offers.

LOL....Nice bonus offers? You haven't been around long enough to see the total decline of BOL. Bonuses you can only partially bet...can't bet moneyline dogs...only bet certain sports...ridiculous 10 x roll on a 10% bonus bump plus its deposit....new fees to withdraw....This book has hit the skids and is trying to screw customers for more money in every way possible...Not even close to the same as it was.
