Bovada won’t refund a bet

So I made a live wager when there was about two minutes left in overtime on Chris Paul under 22.5 pra thinking he only needed one and would get subbed out before he got it. However when I went to check, he already had 27 pra and they actually accidentally left the line up too long. They graded it as a loss and when I went to customer service they said they graded it correctly. I told them if I bet on the over there’s no way they would have paid out and he said they would have. Did i just get free rolled?

Best idea is to write a polite email asking for a manager to review the decision. Get the right person on the right day and they might look after you.

I haven't got a special email I can give to you but if you start with "Can this please be escalated to a manager", the normal CS will normally do that.

Can't log into Bovada right now either. This site may be going to shit. May cash out and leave if I can ever log in.

Besides that they are sending me text codes to log in now. Maybe Bovada got hacked?
