So many wierd things happening to my heritage account
First of all I love heritage and it is my first book ever and my no.1 book right now.

I made a thread about me being limited, cashback taken off, promo bonuses taken off even though

I have been member over 10 years and basically losing player down over 20k

However that has been taken care of due to heritage insider's help.

I made this post because I wanted to ask SBR's heritage users about a experience I had today, not to make

another post to make heritage look bad.

This never happened to me in 10years of playing in heritage.

So I made a bet of about 1/3 of my balance in hertiage at Arizona state +10 points vs BYU NCAA basketball.

Unfortunately the game didn't go my way and Arizona State was down about 25 points with 3minutes and 20

seconds left in the game. I was watching the game and since it was a big bet I had ncaa baseketball app turned on

as well to see the live scores.

One of the teams called timeout with 3minutes 20 seconds left and , with sadness I went into heritage website and I

noticed the pending amount is 0. At first my heart started to pound that oh did the bet not go through? but I was

pretty sure the bet went through as I always double check it right after I make the bet.

So I went to account history and it was graded as a loss.

Basically Heritage graded my bet with still 3 minutes and 20 seconds left in the game .

I know that I took Arizona state +10 and they are down by 25 with 3 minutes left, so it would needed Stephon

Curry, Michael Jordan, and Lebron James combined to have 1% chance of comeback.

But still the game had 3 minutes left to play and they graded it.

Never happened to me before, so wanted to ask is this common??

I took screenshot of the time that I saw the grading so I have proof of it.

Where were you watching the game and was it still active in live betting? My guess would be the game was already over, I’ve noticed my IP tv runs 1-3 minutes behind the live betting scores and even watching games on antennae, which is about the best feed you can get, run 15-20 seconds behind the live betting scoring. I doubt they graded it early no matter how big of a loser it was.

Hmmmm... yeah I know that there is a delay but its not like it was a game between 2 division4 teams with nobody watching.

It was between Arizona State vs BYU.

I have never seen there is more than 3 minute delay between my TV and actual game in major sports?

It was the last game of the day though and only game left going on in major sports which was like 3 am eastern time.. maybe that had to

do with it if there was a great delay???

      hmmm

I've seen that go both ways, early grade on an obvious loss or win.
