Heritage 8th deposit bonus! New Policy on lowering deposit amount for 7th deposit
I just found out today that Heritage has implemented a new policy on their 8th deposit bonus. Your last deposit, #7, has to be at least half the average total of the previous 6 deposits. My deposits generally runs from $100-$500 but generally wager the whole amount and end up doing multiple deposits in a short span if I hit a losing streak. But when I get to my 6th or 7th deposit I would deposit near their $25 min to get the 8th deposit.

Well, the good old days are gone as I tried to claim the 8th deposit today and CS warned me of their new policy. Since it's new and I was unaware of it, they granted me the bonus but next time it will be enforced. Quite frankly, this has bonus has been around a long time and actually shocked that it took them this long to change their policy.

I know they pay but their normal bonus is garbage. Now they are making the one decent thing left even harder to do. I barely play there because of the shit bonuses but will when they do the rare 50% cash one i think they did 100% cash a couple times too but they barely ever do them. Other books i play at keep giving decent bonuses and i have cashed out at them too. But nothing from Heritage.

          8th Deposit Free Promo

Just to clarify for those that benefit by this promotion:

The 8th Deposit for Free promotion remains an active promotion. Where we allowed some customers to take advantage of a loophole (large deposit followed by much smaller deposits to achieve the 7 in total), we now consider an average deposit amount as qualifying deposits through the deposit cycle. As always, we'll use good judgement in applying the policy.

The OP acknowledged as much in his post that he would intentionally send smaller amounts. We'll continue to provide this promotion and it will continue to represent a ton of money to help customers kick a 7 deposit dry spell!

We welcome the feedback and hope the safety net still helps where needed.

          Insider!

PS. Link$, the new leverage betting option is being made available to groups of customers. If any qualified customers aren't in the planned rollout yet, send a private message and we'll look to add your account.

Explain the leverage thing? Is this like a mid game cash out option?

I would say yes. that is exactly the way I interpreted it as well. I noticed most books (A+ graded) are offering this type of option as well. BET365 does. where it really helps and comes in handy is if you play parlays or teasers and hit the first several legs or so. you have the option of cashing out instead of waiting for the final leg or two to hit! It paid huge dividends for me a couple of weeks ago when I decided to cash out my 5 team parlay which would have lost otherwise! (first four legs hit)!.... ...See below from my picks thread for reference:

Hopefully I don't get limited or stiffed! Anyhow, I do love the fact that they offer almost the same wagering options as Heritage, Bookmaker, BOL, etc. but here is the clincher and what officially sealed the deal for me! They do let you "cash out" a pending wager if one or more games has yet to be played! I won my 5 team parlay because I decided to use the "cash out" option before the Chargers-Ravens game started!! (very similar to hedging)...Anyhow, I backed out of that at the last second and decided not to get greedy and take a profit for the day! excellent and wise choice as Baltimore won by 10 and I would have lost the entire wager! be as it may, I got a decent payout! This might be my modus operandi moving forward.

Yes but I always thought that Heritage took the "average" of all first seven deposits (regardless of amount) and whatever that "average" was, that was going to be your 8th free deposit amount. It was a pretty fair and accurate system. I guess what I'm trying to say is it shouldn't really matter what the deposit amount is since all deposits are being taken into consideration when you get the 8th one free.

                    HI,
I wouldn't called it a *loop hole*, but If I was you, I will look into all angles before implementing a promotion bonus. Addition, please send out an email to let all players know when changing rules, or at least post on your website after login. Don't surprise your clients with a negative. Just from my own opinion, I was very surprised when I found out about this. I'm a straight shooter, if you inform me about your new rules, then I will follow. I lose I paid, you lose you paid

Understood and point taken. We adjusted the site to reflect the policy change and advised customers when applicable, along with granting the 8th Free based on previous rules.

We are in the midst of refining policy and how we communicate and update customers is on that agenda.

Seems like on multiple sports betting forums Heritage Sports is surrounded by negative feedback and experiences. I will never be a customer to this shop. I would bet good money the volume of this shop has declined a minimum of 10-15% since the beginning of this year.

If Heritage would give better bonuses i would deposit there more. As it is tons of other books give me way better and they pay so and it annoys me when on chat once they acted like i was out of line saying to them they need better bonuses. They actually disconnected me.I do not expect 100% cash but what they have is a joke. Why do other books give me decent bonuses even after i have cashed out from them for years.

I wouldn't called it as "negative feedback". But I think Heritage Sport is listening to theirs players and taking notes and applying changes as nessesory. I'm with them for more than 10yrs and never sweat of getting paid. I do have Betonline account, but only use it whenever Heritage Sports CS pissed me off. I like them and I would recommend to people.

This ia fine and all but there needs to be some way to

                                  1. track 8th deposit progress
                                  2. Deposit amount needed to reach the 8th deposit.

Other wise we are just guessing. Make the user experience streamlined. You don't know how many times I have asked CS how many more deposits do I need to make in order to get the free deposit.

That needs to be changed for a better user experience
