Do not deposit on Heritage sports w/altcoins!

I have deposited on heritage sports maybe 10 times using Solana. Most of the times it is ok and i am credited within a couple of minutes. One time I deposited and received no credit. I sent them the explorer site with the block chain activity showing it was confirmed the max number of times, still the review dept said they did not received. After much back and forth they decided to credit me, but w/10x rollover. I thought this was somewhat fair. Since then I have been taking screenshots of generated address to make sure they know I am sending to correct address. Again it happens!!! I sent them the screenshot as well as block chain link. They seemingly don't even look at my pics I send or blockchain link. I was told still no confirmation yet even though site shows max confirmations. It has only been a couple hours but I am done with this book after they credit me.

Maybe don't use Solana? One time courtesy is just that

I stick to litecoin, never had an issue, it's quick, the fee is minimal and not nearly as volatile as some of the others. Can you withdraw to the alt coins or is it BTC only?

Use Ripple aka XRP.

your money is deposited before you can switch browser windows. Its that fast.

I had the same problem with Tether. It took several days before Heritage released the funds. I showed them screenshots of blockchain and they kept saying they didn’t receive it.

I use litecoin several times without any problems. I would avoid using the lesser known alt-coins with Heritage.
