    Betnow Freerolled Me
Originally had South Dakota St -12.5 in football
    Called over the phone and
Made an If win only bet attached to that on Atalanta -1.5 in Coppa Italia vs Sassuolo
    Atalanta Won 3-1

The next day I called and made another If win only bet on Juventus -1.5,2 vs Salernitana
    Juventus won 6-1

All the if Win only bets are hand tickets

So I look at my balance and only the South Dakota St is graded as a winner.

I call and I’m told because the games all weren’t in the same day all the IF Win Only bets are No Action.

So essentially they took my wagers hoping I would lose and if I won had no intention of paying me. BEWARE

I looked at their rules and nowhere does it say that the bets need to be in the same day. I’ve never heard of this before either. Are they just making stuff up as they go.

Small amount about $200 I’m glad I learned, I will never deposit there again.

Talked to a supervisor and he tells me that I’m lucky that he doesn’t take away my hand tickets privilege. LOL

So they freerolled me and now aren’t paying. Obv whoever took my wagers knew the games weren’t on the same day and he had no problem taking the bets. Just when it comes to paying out now they don’t want to honor them.

Sucks for them to threaten you when it was their own operator error.

But I hate to say, the written terms do over rule an operator error like like that IMHO.

Guy probably wasn't used to fielding phone calls for bets. His dad on the other hand was likely well practiced.

I did try to look at their rules to make sure it says phone bets must be placed on a same day wager for IF bets have you seen this in their rules

          If Bets
If bets are types of wagers that allow the selection of two picks (sides or totals) which are considered two straight bets based on conditions. The first bet has to win in order to have action on the second bet. An if bet allows the option to use potential winnings from the first wager on the second bet.

          If Win Only Bets

          Picks Line Risk Win
          Chicago Bears -7 -110 110 100
          KC Chiefs +9 -110 210 190

In this example you have the Bears -7 to win $100 and if that wins only you have the Chiefs +9 risking $210 to win $190. If the Bears don't cover the spread you lose $110 and you have no action on the Chiefs. If the Bears cover and the Chiefs don't you win $100 on the Bears but lose $210 on the Chiefs for a total of - $110. If both picks cover the spread you win $100 on the Bears and $190 on the Chiefs for a total of + $290.

          If Win, Tie Or Cancel

This is very similar to an If Win Only Bet. The difference is that you have action on the second bet if your first bet wins ties or is canceled. In this type of if bet you don't have the option to use your potential winnings from the first bet on the second straight bet, because of the tie or cancel possibility. However, you can risk more on your second bet than on your first bet provided you have the balance to cover the wager.

          If Win, Tie Or Cancel

          Picks Line Risk Win
          Chicago Bears -7 -110 110 100
          KC Chiefs +9 -110 110 100

In this example if the Bears were to push or the game is cancelled you still have action on the KC Chiefs bet. In this case you could win $100 if the Chiefs cover or lose $110 if they don't.

Bet Now does not allow If Bets on any of the following:

Soccer Favorite goal line and total OVER of the same game
Soccer Underdog goal line and total UNDER of the same game
Soccer Money Lines and total OVER or UNDER of the same game
Hockey Favorite goal line and total OVER of the same game
Hockey Underdog goal line and total UNDER of the same game
Baseball Favorite Run Line and total OVER of the same game
Baseball Underdog Run Line and total UNDER of the same game
Football Favorite side and total OVER of the same game when ratio between the side and total is less than 3/1
Basketball Favorite side and total OVER of the same game (managers discretion)
With IF BETS the account will be updated upon the completion of all sides.

Don’t see anything in there rules about having to be on the same day.

Surely someone pointed out the actual rule to you between threats??

Would you please ask them to point out the rule as you are unable to find it?

If they do not do that you can PM me your account number and I will try to get a manager in there to intervene. Try hard to get the rule reference from Customer Service first though please.

Just got off the phone with them, they don’t have this in there rules at ALL. So after MY bet WON they decided to make this rule up that I certainly didn’t know about. How could I?

Just letting everyone know. I’m just taking my action elsewhere. I don’t want the money back. They lost my trust and won’t receive my action.

Its probably in their rules obviously >>, but I hit 2 out of 3 of a 3 team parlay and one of them pushed. If I recall, they voided the whole parlay as a canceled bet. I never experienced that before, and was rather pissed of course.

Pretty sure something like that happened to me there during covid. The first game of a 3 game parlay was cancelled and they immediately graded it as loser saying all three games had to win. Took my money and I didn't even have a shot.

it was graded as a "Loss" and not a overall "Push"? Wow. I will log back in to see if I got a push or a loss. It had to be this NFL season. Will come back and post. Yeah, I think I will shy away from depositing there unless I hear some good news.

It only let's me go back 2 weeks and they won't go back passed 2 weeks on their end either. I'm pretty sure though it was a voided wager and not a loss though Gary.

Then supervisor proceeds to tell me that it’s not in their rules…
