Today I placed about 1k total bets on Australian open in Heritage Sports.
The problem was I misplaced the bet, got confused with very similar Female Russian last names (No wonder I
haven't cashed out in heritage for 10 years...)
When I realized it, the odds changed in my favor and I was certain there is no way Heritage will cancel the
bet for me.
There are other books that I played in and most of them have no mercy with misplacing bets. Nevertheless this
time, the odds changed in my favor so I thought my only option was early cash out which I will lose about $200.
Oh well, I gave a try with chat agent "Gaby" who was super nice and they canceled the bet for me.
I saved $200 because of Heritage Sports Generosity.
