Advice on bet 365 fraudulent charges

I don't have a bet 365 acct but I have several charges to my debit card. I have contacted there live chat and verified that the acct that my debit card is attached to does not match my details. I am confused how these charges went through when nothing matches with the bet 365 and my own personal details verified with the site. I have contacted my local Gaming division about these fraudulent charges. Before I do the ********** with my bank how does bet 365 handle these situations would they refund my card the charges as it obviously fraud. Thanks for any advice

You should just deal with your bank to get the charges reversed and a new card number.

Ask your bank about how their merchant can charge your card. But as a Bet365 user, they must have your 3 digit CVV number off the back of card. So definitely change cards asap.
