You would not start a thread like this and attempt to publicly humiliate Bookmaker. Why? Because you must identify your goal. Your goal is to receive $40K USD and nothing else. You would therefore ask yourself how starting this thread and posting every 2 minutes in a disorganised and chaotic manner helps your case. It doesn't. You would then ask yourself how antagonising the one person who could help you helps with your goal of retrieving $USD 40K. It doesn't.

I have a friend here who had a potential issue with Betonline a few years ago. From memory I think circa $USD 10K was at stake. My friend did not start a thread. Instead, my friend calmly and professionally messaged Optional, stating the nature of the problem in an organised, respectful and polite fashion. Optional replied with his thoughts. There were a couple of further emails between friend and Optional and then my friend waited for the Betonline resolution. The issue was resolved by Betonline in my friend's favour - he then replied to Optional thanking him for his advice and help. My friend actually left his $USD10K in Betonline and all ended well.

The OP has not adopted this calm and organised approach. The interesting part is how the OP believes that his behaviour and inability to shut up for 5 minutes - and his inability to present his case in a succinct and organised fashion - could possibly help his case. Unfortunately the OP has taken his eyes off the prize (40K).

If the OP has genuinely been stiffed then I hope to come back here in a week and see a positive resolution. I am just amazed that the OP thinks that not shutting up for 5 minutes and being chaotic and disorganised is the correct strategy here.

I'm sorry you feel that before I even posted here I had requested the hand by hand documents like I have many times in the past 10 years and received them very quickly. Sorry for the miscommunication, did not send any way shape or form. Want to put you in a uncomfortable position, but that hand by hand log history document has been requested since this problem occurred Wednesday morning.

Sorry I am not maintaining a calm and collected manner by your definition over 40k and not getting my payouts received from Thursday and Friday now with a balance of nearly 300k on there and no one is responding on the website that I've used for 10 years for the first time ever. I get absolutely no communication, so I am not calm and I am in a state that is pretty chaotic given the situation and how this problem, especially a lack of communication, has never existed with a long lasting personal relationship with them. It is also frustrating to be completely ignored and not have one single question answered and just told that you're wrong.

Lastly, as you know I love to rant, I thought this forum was for people to express issues they are going through. If there is a grammatical rule book that I need to follow, please provide the link and I will try my best.

After 4 days of altered documents and being told I can no longer use the chat support to even inquire about where my payouts are, yes that is when chaos ensues. If I didn't have nearly 300k on there, plus this 40k, I'd cut my losses. But it's like having a great marriage for 10 years and then one day you come home and everything's gone and you were told none of that ever existed. I've been calm enough over 10 years with expectations that were set and not met by them, this was the final straw. And unfortunately, the people that were great at customer support and communication had left many months ago.

It's pretty crazy the hate players have on each other. I've always been shocked at how everyone hates each other here and doesn't believe them and says that they only lose money and never wins. What's the point of this whole thing?

PS- everything did happen in a second paragraph. I believe I even posted all these screenshots in the chat and those little blue links will take you there. It shouldn't even be a conversation, hence the frustration. I do understand problems exist in the world, especially with software. But when you show visual proof of it happening and someone tells you that is not what is in the picture can become pretty irritating after an entire week and when that person has 207k of your money + 40k you're questioning. That was the balance when the hand occurred. I didn't play blackjack any longer. The other winnings were on my usual tennis matches. And frankly, I have had such a strong relationship with them for 10 years where I only have played with them and gotten very premium level support, I never thought twice that this would happen. Hence more of a shock factor and my thoughts all over the place. I have nothing but good things to say about them over a decade... then this happens.

So yes, the balance should have been 144.930 (after 100 dealer tip). Many people have private messaged me sympathy and perspective, so I have greatly appreciated that. One thing that was brought up is the activity logs. Do not show the $100 tip I gave the dealer. Which just brings another red flag into the equation. I was nice and cordial for the first few days, but when They refuse to send anything and cropped screenshots but wouldn't show all of it, I decided to stop playing. Then I put in my payout request for Thursday and Friday which haven't been worked on and I'm told "they are working tirelessly on this.." regarding anything I've inquired about.

So yes, you are correct. No hands were played after this and the balance should have been 144,930. I did not play another hand and went to focus on sports and had a great seven match win streak.

This isnt unusual amounts of volume with my account and BM. I have been granted a lot of "extras" and have been happy for nearly a decade. They did a website remodel and staff overhaul early last year. It's been just stickier and stickier since and knew this wouldnd end well (or keep going smoothly). If it wernt for their live tennis limits, I'd have many other choices but unfortunately that's the hook and dagger that kept me solely on their site.

Sorry if I said I should ONLY have 144.930. I was referring to the balance at the time of the error. I moved strictly to tennis and had a hell of a run. Then I received their initial resolution saying no error occurred with cropped screenshots etc. I stopped playing entirely, went to withdrawal the max Thursday and Friday morning. Haven't heard anything about the 40k error or the payouts since. And it's been radio silence for another 48 hours after sending me different documents with different numbers vs the ones Wednesday. It's been a while, so the photo upload is ancient to me but I believe I did it correctly in the two links earlier in the thread.

UPDATE - I am making traction on my own. Thanks again to all who pointed out some major things (like the lack of the activity log on the 100 dealer tip). My main contacts are now communicating with me. The casino people arent. Just feels good to be told I hear you.

Ill end it here, was updated for a few folks who asked about it - but then a guy comes in up top adding fuel to the fire. Dont even know why he commented, maybe he should respect other people's wishes to be updated frequently who asked here and in PM. Typical "no one wins, youre a liar" guy I had to prove wrong in 2021 with the $3M+ balance / run.

Nice! Thank you for your well wishes and reply. The thing is I trusted these guys and had balances and issues way more than this figure in question. And they corrected it. Now for some reason, they aren't even willing to listen and look at the proof I have.

Luckily I heard back from someone and I've gotten the reassurance from a few of my contacts that are high up and pull weight in the industry and they do confirm that these emails from Wednesday versus Friday and my information do not add up. So at least I don't feel crazy because they were gaslighting me and I was truly thinking I was seeing things that weren't there haha.

A lot of people on here jump to conclusions without knowing details. I have not wagered on any site but BM since 2017. I play live tennis more than anything and they have the limits I need. And I got special VIP permissions with monthly withdrawal limit increases, direct chat access to senior supervisors, etc. So when people asked why they keep playing... I didn't keep playing blackjack but I did on sports and want a good 165k. I wasn't worried at all that this wasn't going to be made right, everything is always gone smoothly and ironically this is the most information I've ever had to back my position and I get complete radio silence and refusal to get the hand-to-hand log since I requested it on Wednesday right when this happened. I've had about 15 to 20 of those in the past 5 years. Hit my inbox within 45 minutes of requesting it.

Did you see the screenshots? Saying I had 65k prior to the hand and cropping the balance section off of a screenshot that they sent Friday where it showed I had 99k... That's when things just got hairier and hairier. And a nice gentleman here who I have interacted with over the years brought up a great point - on the hand-to-hand and activity log, where is the $100 tip I gave the dealer? I've inquired about that. I've seen too many of these documents to know they aren't verbatim what is extracted out of the system.

So I hope everything goes well for all of us, we need to stick together, and that's what disappointed me with a few folks that came on to my issue and post about it to cause more chaos. I don't get why we don't all have each other's backs, or at least just save time in your life and not comment on something if you disagree or think someone is lying.

You can look at the 2021 post that I ran up to 3 million. Plus I was called a liar and this and that by everyone and then I told them to PM me and I'll send the screenshot... Yes, with a 10-year history of never having an issue, I can continue to playing as usual on sports. Sports. I'm more was irked at the guy who followed up from your comment, so no harm no foul. I didn't mean really that tone towards you.

It's a very strong and complex relationship, I was offered many things beyond a normal account. I only played with them. I wasn't nervous until Wednesday. They crop out balances and say I had X amount and then on Friday they uncrop it and say I have y amount referring to the same document. They cropped out and both don't line up. So yes, now I am worried, especially with the payout requests from Thursday and Friday.

But fingers crossed everything gets resolved. I have a solid plan. B. Since I had even been on the phone with the owner of the site himself back in 2021. It's more so like that post asking for advice when I ran it up over 3 million, everyone just calls you a liar and I was looking for more comfort but realize this was doing even more harm to my mental frustration.

It also feels as if people are thinking I haven't been patient for a resolution and been bugging them. I hope I explained it correctly that they came with a resolution on Wednesday saying no error occurred with those crop screenshots that don't align saying I had 65k prior to the hand when I had 95k when the site went down. Then they relooked at it, and on Friday they sent two other screenshots and extended the one they sent on Wednesday that shows I had a 99k balance. So on Wednesday they hid that information saying I had a 65k balance prior to the hand and then on Friday they used that same spreadsheet but did not crop out the column. Which should I had? A. Valance. So I just think that's interesting too. Crop that. Call him out on Wednesday and show another document screenshot saying I was at 65k but then on Friday use the original cropped document on Wednesday showing the balance column saying I had 99k. So on Wednesday, they cropped that call them out because it said 99k and supplemented it with one. That said I had 65k. And then Friday said no error occurred and use that same document which shows 99k. I don't get why they would crop that out and use something else to say. I had 65k, then on Friday say no error occurred and use the same document but show the balance column which read 99k.

Hopefully that makes sense more. On Wednesday. They said no error occurred and that was their final resolution. And then on Friday they said the same thing with different documents and different figures, including one document they sent on Wednesday that was 40k off when they uncropped the balance section.

So I guess what I am saying over voice text right now is they have said no error occurred and that was final on Wednesday and Friday. It's not like they haven't completed in investigation. That's where my frustration lies.

Thanks man, I really appreciate it. I'm going too take the back seat and back burner for now and just let time pass without even reaching out to say good morning, etc. To give it this week and see if a full 10 days just by and I'll continue to submit the payout requests in the morning like I already have this morning, and see where that goes. Goes but outside of submitting a payout request I am backing off. It's funny when stress and tensions are high, emotions can drive a lot of bad choices and words in actions such as my heated head at the beginning of creating this.

This is a small number compared to the various issues that have happened over the years - humans and software are not perfect. so does a specific screenshot you have show the situation right before the dealer busted? and then after that it goes black, mentioning maintenance? that would seem to be pretty damning evidence in your favor. What goes "under maintenance" in the middle of a game? sounds like some routine kicked in after a big loss to wipe out data. BTW, its very easy to have a python routine running in the background taking screenshots every 1 second (they take about .1 sec each), which can be purged every half hour. I use one for my horse bets just in case.

Unfortunately, I dont. I have only played with them and have built a strong and trusting relationship where I only started taking screenshots a year ago when there was an issue which wasnt ruled in my favor and I was told to take screenshots immediately when things start malfunctioning so I have evidence to stand on. Ive done that since, but this is the first time Ive had to use it.

I didnt think this was going to be a problem at all. I stopped playing casino games and went to sports. And had a great run. I re-checked the history on the main site and it aligns with my position and screenshots. My first one shows 85k available and 10k in play, the second I asked to take down the 10k because it was frozen and blacked out / under maintenance and you can see them confirm they did. When they did, the mini BJ balance went from 85k to 95k. Then I just took that screenshot to have the case ID # and didnt notice for days that the mini bj balance on a different server showed the 144,930 (I tipped the dealer 100 for the hand).

Wednesday they showed a cropped picture saying I had 65k and was paid correctly to 105k. Then Friday, a different screenshot and another uncropped from the Wednesday email saying I actually had 105k, but still was credited correctly.

Ran thru the main site history so many times and the 40k never came in or out. Its as if I never played the hand and stopped at 95k when the blackout occurred and all other wins/lossses are from sports starting at the 95k number.

Smart move on the python. Id be curious how that is done. It is better to be safe than sorry. And even though Im still in a bad situation about this, I find some peace of mind knowing I have the screenshots to prove it. So at least I know things arent right.

Not sure if it makes a difference to their 3rd party vendor, but I was up 150k+ that morning, just dealer busting over and over and over. Then casino action ended at this time.

Is the python coding process difficult to implement or is it just a quick install?

Thanks for the comment - best of luck especially on horses! I wish I could understand it as it seems fun but I never know what the crap is going on haha. Still would love to go to the KY Derby one day. Amazing how much money those horses are worth, and how well they are treated. Ive been the Lexington and those houses are gorgeous - then I realized they arent houses - they are the horses barn!

probably dumb question, but why isn't someone who is betting big amounts on casino games not recording their desktop at all times? video gamers do it, it does take up hard drive space (that can be freed up on a schedule), but apparently is not hard to do. Vegas has had the 'eye in the sky' since the 70's to monitor cheating, the equivalent is certainly available to us now playing on a computer. I read all these cases of apparent ripoffs, it would seemingly all be moot if you have video evidence. Current balance shown somewhere on screen, hand progresses, dealer busts, screen goes black, "undergoing maintenance" pops up. I think a lawyer would take that case haha

You're right i mean why only in casino games ? I remember that i saw some strange things in betting exchange (also games exchange on Betfair) so imo it could be extended to "classic" betting.
