Is there a card you prefer to send money off shore? not debit card

Got two bank accounts closed last week due to suspicious activity .. thanks for any advice the books bonus is for cards only

I use my Apple MCard (Goldman Sachs) and I’ve never had a problem. I don’t even have a huge credit line on it. Works great for any book from my experience.
