Anybody playing MLB at the RELIABLE Heritage?

Today they didn't post at least 4 games, I contacted via chat figuring surely they made a mistake, and was told if I don't see a game on the board to contact them and ask for availability of the line. Would not say this was a 1 time happening.

Left Heritage after they took some money from my account claiming it was a CC charge back, problem was the CC (bank) said they didn't charge it back. And Heritage would not provide any proof, nothing on CC statement.

At the time of this post, actually 20 minutes before, 1st game listed is Toronto / Houston, 5:10 pst start, it was 3:20 pm pst to be generous when I noticed. Any other game posted has a start time after 5:10pst.

Looks like I should have stayed away.

All of the offshore CR books have a list they keep with customers that have charged back. This list is shared across all the books. Once you are blacklisted, they will share it with one of the other books within their network.

Not the issue, but no money was charged back. It went poof and Heritage claimed it was charged back.
Point is, what kind of Book doesn't have every MLB game for the day. "Contact us, and we'll see if it is available if not listed."

If Heritage continues to omit select MLB games, I'll post and BLACKLIST them. If not and they post all of them, I'll call it an error.

Oh yeah, that was the drunk guy who placed the bet then decided later he didn’t want the bonus. How do you see that as Heritage trying to scam people? Not even on the same level.

Man, something is wrong with heritage. A few months ago when they first introduced alt crypto I deposited with tether. It took several days arguing with CS that it was sent. I even showed them screenshots of blockchain and they kept saying they didn’t receive it. It was quite maddening.
