Please help. I signed up with https://premiersportsbook.net/ a couple of years ago. I bet small and won some money. I got paid out once and then lost my remaining balance. I then referred my friend to the book. He deposited three times with large rollover requirements. He has now met all of the requirements. He has a large balance and my contact with the site has disappeared. The site has answered their phone but then hasn't helped at all. His account still has the full balance in it but I don't have a contact.

How should he proceed. Can any awareness be made?

A "rule" with a variable in it is no rule at all

You and your friend did not do any due dilligence in researching that book on this site. Nothing but bad reports. They accused me of betting from multiple IP addresses (which I did not) and confused that with multiple accounts (only one) using that excuse to confiscate my funds. I even had a SBR associated mediate and completely agree with me. It made no difference to them...total crooks.
