PIWI EXCHANGE 247 (AC88-ASIANODDS88) Account suspended
    Hi,

I placed a rather large wager for 9.8k on the grand national (horse racing) on Saturday on the favourite at odds of 8.6 (+760) and it won.
I done this bet on PIWI247 exchange through asianodds88 who I signed up with in 2019 and have been betting there since.
With all the responsible gambling stuff here in the UK it is hard to bet frequently without getting asked about affordability checks etc with all the new regulation so I do my bets here.
I play poker for a living and can afford to bet on sports for rather large amounts at times.
I'm not a winning sports bettor although I like to think if I put the time in maybe I could be but I bet for fun and sometimes if I'm on tilt ill place a bet.
I've lost hundreds of thousands over the years betting but I still do it. Nature of being a gambler/poker player I guess.
Anyway my wife text me a screenshot from her friend showing the horse I AM MAXIMUS 13/2 and I didn't exactly look at the message correct I thought it was her mum texting and this bet had already won so I replied ''omg I would of bet that lol'' as we have a son called Max and he is 5 years old. The horse is was also number 5.
She replied ''its today''. Meaning the race wasn't on to later so I took a look and it was the favourite to win,
I was down around $80k leverage trading the last 2 weeks (I only do this in bull market) so I sold some of my crypto holding and deposited on to PIWI247 via ASIANODDS88. and placed the bet.
We watched the race later and couldn't believe the horse won we were celebrating and when the money hit my account I requested a withdraw for $20k which was the most you could do at once.
Later I get this email from asianconnect88 :
    Hello XXXXXX,

I hope this email finds you well.

We're reaching out to notify you that our PIWI247 Upline flagged potential irregular betting activities within your PIWI247 account. As a result, Upline has opted to suspend your account and withhold your balance pending further investigation.

We appreciate your understanding as our control over Upline's procedures concerning player betting patterns is limited. We'll keep you informed once we receive any updates from our upline.

If you have any concerns in the future, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Obviously I am upset at this and contact live support to ask what the problem is, the grand national is the biggest horse race of the year and insinuating that their is any foul play here is preposterous.
I also placed this bet hours before the race maybe 6 hours as it was that morning I got the text.
I tried to talk to PIWI247 live support but they said I have my account through asainodds88 so I need to contact them so I cant even talk to them directly at the moment.
I did ask asianodds88 to explain who is PIWI247 as I wasn't entirely sure I got this message in live chat :

''Alright, to put things in perspective, you are placing bets on Betfair via PIWI247, but you might also realised they are not identically the same. Meaning, PIWI247 runs as an entity on its own, but Betfair would have the final say.''

Later that night I emailed them saying I am confused because if Betfair was indeed who had the final say I would of been paid out and been able to withdraw right away if I placed the bet on Betfair.
(I have bet on Betfair for 16 years but only now with all the new regulations I have stopped)
So this left me more confused.

I will add one other thing later that night I placed a 6k bet on UFC and it lost then afterwards a 1k bet it won then a 500 euro bet in play bet it won and then a 1250 bet also won.
I ended up losing 4k that night on the UFC leaving me a balance of 80k after they took the 2k commission for the horse race.
So when I read the email again maybe it has something do with the bets I placed after as they aren't as big I am not sure.
I did my biggest bet ever on Asianodds88 which was on the superbowl a few years ago for 30k and it lost so I do place big wagers and I'm not sure how much I am down but I would guess its quite a bit over the last 5 years betting there so I don't see why they would have reason to suspect any foul play here.
Anyway that's about all I have for now.
I am waiting on email back with the reply, I will update this post when I get word back.

    Thanks.

You should wait another day or two, no need to cause ruckus right away. There has been several forum members that had their bets authorised after a day or two, sometimes they do it - nothing out of the ordinary. Personally, I don't think you should worry.

I'd worry, but agree with Alfie about waiting and sitting tight until you hear an official response. Deal with it once you know.

        Hi.
I was in such situation with ObritX via Asianconnect, and have to wait 12-13 days or so. It was same "flagged potential irregular betting". Maybe it was cricket bets in my situation, but usual I bet Tennis or Football.
So you have to wait. Hope it will be good.
