Betonline poor VIP bonuses and perks recently

So I've been with Betonline for 8 years and I'm an Elite I VIP player since they introduced the new VIP levels in November. They just got rid of all their VIP deposit sports and casino bonuses since last week. Now they have weekly and monthly cash boosts. But they are just generated randomly and the VIP hosts have no idea how to explain how they work to calculate the amount you get back. I lost 2500 in deposits last week and got $50 in cash as my weekly cash boost....Like that's a joke of a reward off a $2500 in deposits loss over that 7 day period. I much rather have a sports free play of 500 or a casino bonus of 1000 that is very hard to roll over but I've done it twice in the last 3 months. I feel their VIP service is becoming pretty crappy with perks and bonuses and was curious to hear others opinions. I still use them because I trust them with my money and they do have really fast Bitcoin payouts. Although Bitcoin payouts has been disabled for the last 5 days or so because of the Bitcoin halving or whatever.

Sucks to be in the US and in a state I can't use a US book and maybe get better bonuses and perks.

I use several depending on who has the best bonus at the time. Youwager ,Betpop , Gtbets, SBG , Justbet and Betus . Right now at BP and YW they have a no hold 120% FP 12xs Roll thats not too bad. Justbet about 2xs a month on average sends me a 100% FP 10xs roll.

I'd noticed the last couple of weeks there was no code in the VIP email, I noticed today there is no 25% reload code on their site either. try the sister site Sportsbetting.ag if you haven't already. They still have the 25% code on their site for now.

Similar experience as OP here. went from very satisfied with VIP program to blahhhh. Even the weekly free slot spins gone to hell with lowest min spin amounts. they should always be $1 at least imo. kinda insulting tbh

Totally agree. Got $100 from the free spins a couple of times to begin with. Now it's like a couple of dollars at best. It's gonna take months if not years to get to the next VIP level, and no set amount for what you get. I guarantee it will be less than what I would have gotten for reload bonuses along the way. This place going downhill fast.

Yes the place has gone WAY down hill. Everyday bonus use to be 35%...now 25% and the restrictions on that bonus are ridiculous. Half credit towards the roll on MLB action...cant bet moneyline dogs past 125...can only bet a fraction of your bonus at a time....pathetic.

Totally agree. This cash back appears to be a joke compared to even the 25% reload. Under the old system you would have got 25% of the $5000 you lost in bonus....that's $1250. Assuming a win rate of 50% on the free play - commission that's about $500 and they now gave you a measly $106. I also think this change would be better received if they were up front about it....Are the cash boosts based on volume or losses? How much do you receive when you get to a new level, etc.

Each time I got about $20 cash bonus on Sat. However, last week I won $6 off the 50 free spins and ran that up to $700 and w/d $600 on Friday. On Sat I didn't receive any cash bonus... lol.

Has anyone been depositing w/ SB? I made a w/d on Sat and this morning I made appx $200 deposit using 25% reload deposit "FORLIFE" promo code and 10% boost. I got the boost AND the reload bonus! I shouldn't have as my payout was w/in 7 days. But the kicker is that the rollover is appx $600. I think there's a glitch in their system after going to the new wallet function.

This was my action for April on BOL. 12 deposits for $8100 total. 2 payouts for $4100. Loss $4000 in April and I got $77 ? . All marketing hype saying their improving their VIP department and perks when really insulting their VIP players with extremely low laughable cash boosts. Much rather have the reload VIP deposit bonuses where you at least have a chance to win several hundreds or thousands vs $77 on $8k of deposits through the month and overall $4k loss for the month.

Those bonuses or cashback bonuses on BETOL are just a joke, And in some cases taking the deposit bonus with all their restrictionns are just silly. I use a guy who gets me 30% cashback on deposits as FP with no roll overs, I lose all the time but at least your getting a good amount back in FP so that has been my go for the past couple years.

Haven't deposited much with them in a months, really not since they dropped the weekly sports VIP deposit bonus from 50% down to 35%. Heck, I remember when that bonus was sometimes 100%!
The weekly free spins is very frustrating as well, as that used to be kind of fun and I'd get anywhere from $25-$100 (usually around $25) each week doing those. Now it ranges from $1 to maybe $5 tops. Not even worth the time if you ask me.

I need to find a new book before NFL season, because betonline has deteriorated past the point of being useful.

Now also they got rid of the VIP Thursday newsletter that gave the 25 free spins every week. I agree the free spins the last 6 weeks or so were trash, never got more then $10 if that. Before a few times got close or more then $100 off them. So they took away VIP deposit bonuses and weekly free spins for insulting cash bonuses. Not a good look. I like Betonline alot but the lack of perks for VIPs is pretty ridiculous considering how many competitors are out there now. Unfortunately I still live in a state that can't do US books so offshore is still my only choice otherwise I would have been gone.
