I had a problem with this bookie. After registering and submitting documents for verification I received a message from the risk department saying that my address differed from the city registered on the website.On the website they say that the city I entered was BrasÃlia, I don't know how, because the name of my city is very different.
I tried to explain that there would be no reason for me to just put a different city, I explained that all the data matched my proof of residence. So they said they would send a letter to my address in order to check (which would be fair) but they never sent it, they closed my account with my money and haven't responded to me since January.
