BookMaker.EU Stiffing $1,000

This morning I placed roughly $1,000 on Esports, particularly g2.ig Moneyline and handicap vs Aurora gaming. Around 60 minutes into the match, the server disconnected and the entire lobby disconnected mid game. There was a long pause for 2 hours, in which the PGL admins admitted to not being able to load the exact save state, but will attempt to “make everything as close as it was prior”

i contacted bookmakers live chat and made a claim in which I disputed the wagers, citing their own house rules, specifically number 12 of Esports:

1. Live Betting: In live betting, if a map is replayed due to a draw, disconnect or similar reasons, all live wagers on the respective map will be canceled. The replay of the map will be treated as a separate game.

With screenshot proof I am providing In the post, you can clearly see that not only were these “live-wagers”, but the game was reloaded in a state not nearly close to when it was disconnected. Everyone’s “heroes” restarted in the fountain, and the roshan (objective) already respawned, when prior to the disconnect it still had 3 minutes until respawn.

That is not the best part. Their customer service and upper management is GARBAGE. When I asked why the wagers would not be voided, supervisor “Sid” could only muster up to say “the bets stand, anything else” with no reasoning when it clearly broke their own HOUSE RULES.
I am not sure why this sports book is propped up as the to go offshore site when it’s clear they have no intention on acknowledging or honoring their own rules. Below I have provided proof of their house rules, the bets in question, and the official statement from the event organizer

I placed roughly $1,000 on an esport event, G2.ig map 2 ML and Handicap vs Aurora gaming. Around 60 minutes into the game, in the middle of a game deciding team-fight of all things, the server dropped, following it a mass player disconnect. The host organizer admins then admitted in a statement that it would be “IMPOSSIBLE” to resume gameplay in the save state prior to the server crashing, but would make the lobby “as close as possible”. Well folks, it wasn’t close at all. Not only did all the players reset in their respawn zone, but the main objective of the game actually respawned as well, when prior to the crash it still have 3 minutes before it could spawn.


I contacted bookmakers live chat, citing specifically their OWN HOUSE RULES, esports rule 12:

in the link I shared, I have provided evidence in which you can clearly see that not only the wagers I made were in fact “Live Wagers” but there is even an official statement provided by the host organizer stating there was a “disconnect” where the game had to be “replayed”.



I spoke to supervisor “Sid” whose only response that he could muster up was that “the bets will stand”, completely ignoring me when I pointed out that this broke their own house rules. I can assure you had this wager won, my bet would have been voided without a doubt. I am completely dumbfounded why this offshore sportsbook is considered so prestigious when they look to penetrate over their own players any chance they can, not even having the dignity to honor their own house rules or elaborate. Perhaps they were good in the past, maybe it was a change in management, one thing I can tell you for sure is to stay far far away. Below here I have provided proof of the live wagers and ticket numbers, bookmakers esport rule, particular number 12 which was broken, and then the official statement from the host organizer that the game was being remade.

"Management Decision"

The reasoning behind my post here was not to Defame nor attack Bookmaker.EU, but to obtain a fair and reasonable solution for both sides. I am not a new player at Bookmaker, I have been there for 4 years+, and down lifetime roughly $20,000. They have paid me $5,000 withdrawals within minutes, so I am completely Astonished the way this situation ended,



Upon going into the Live-Chat to check the status of my wager dispute, Supervisor "Andrea" combated me with closed-mindedness and deceit. She stated that because the game did not "start from scratch", that the wagers would stand, even though when the match "restarted" was not nearly identical prior to the disconnect. After Andrea was made wary of the post I made on the forum here, instead of making things right and honoring their own house rules, my account was closed PERMENTALLY under "managements decision." My goal on this forum here was not to bash or slander their name, but to get a right and just solution for me. It is a very unfortunate they decided to turn on me for making a post. Reading between the lines, I still trust bookmaker to pay out users money and bets, but when it comes between wager disputes or house rules, they will get over on you any possible chance they can get, regardless of how long you have been loyal or down money. Sounds like for better or worse the game was resumed moreso than replayed so the rules got you good. If the game was continued from conditions less than the prior state the gripe is with the event organizers imo. Send an angrily worded e-mail to the game admin while you are at it since they were not considerate to ALL the e-gaming bettors out there.
