Heritage refuses to pay 8th deposit bonus

I have been a customer of Heritage sports for over 15 years. I am huge loser over that time. My last 7 deposits averaged $700 . After making these deposit, i made the request $700 by chat. I was informed at that time i was no longer eligible for bonuses. This is total bullshit.

Not to mention the rudest CS people I have ever seen, mind boggling really, F them. I saw that very early and closed my account.

Living in a state that doesn’t have any options except off shore, I’m shocked to hear/see this?! Ive won and lost hundreds of thousands on heritage over the last 10 years. In the last 2 weeks I’ve used the 8th free deposit twice(working the system sometimes) and just last week withdrew $18,500 when their cap is $10k per week. They approved me for more. I do A LOT of live betting. I’ll say I’ve had some nervous thoughts now about having 10-30k on there now given all the new legal books avail. If I go on a heater I always withdraw as much as possible.

Heritage's risk management boggles the mind. They'd rather pay a lifelong loser off to leave, instead of enticing him to stay and lose more. With most of the squares leaving offshore for US Books, you'd think Heritage would want to keep some of the few remaining losers. Again, it makes no sense.

I have to admit their live betting is the best that I’ve seen as well as some of the super teaser options they have. This is truly unfortunate to see, I hope it straightens out. But like I said, I’ve played every week for maybe 10 years and haven’t had a hiccup EXCEPT seeing the withdrawal limits come down. And certain sports for live betting they’ve reduced how much I can bet, still reasonable so far. Fingers crossed.

yea $1k per 60 seconds. Sometimes it caps at $2500?? 2 $1k bets and a $500 bet maxes out certain live bets. I always deal with “ryan”. He’s been as good to me as I could ask for really. I never had such high limits, neither re-bet possibility. Mine is $50 for every live event and no re-bet allowed.
