Is USDice.com still in business?

I had a moderate balance there for years and would use them occasionally. A few months ago I inquired about my rollover and they were reasonably responsive and processed a $500 withdrawal without many hitches. I went there this week and the site is down every time I go there. Anyone know anything about this?

They're not a secure site, and that's a red flag I pay attention to.

I believe their customer list was bought out by another mickey mouse site this past year.

is anyone able to access their site or know who they transferred their customers to? I know they are not the most reputable site but I gave in to someone who called me a number of years ago and to be fair they had always been nice and honorable with me.
