I posted last night about Heritage. They went out of their way to try and fix the problem. Although we still haven’t come to a solution, at least there was effort made on their part.
I still stand by my claim that some of their front end CS and even managers are rude for no reason.
Jimi, Kathy, and Joe are the only polite people that still work there that I’ve dealt with.
I appreciate the effort on their end to reach out and try to make the situation right, more than most books have ever done or attempt to do.
I never said they don’t pay though, I’ve never once been stiffed by them, every btc withdrawal I’ve ever gotten has come within 24 hours, all I said was there were times they slow paid (because I had hit max withdrawal limits) and I thought it could have gone smoother than what they offered. I’ve suggested to them more then once they should have a tier for higher volume betters that offers more perks. But anyway thanks for at least attempting to fix the situation Heritage
