BetRivers players - share your feedback!
Calling all BetRivers players - help us enhance our sportsbook reviews by answering a few short questions on your experience:

    1) What factor(s) led you to sign up at BetRivers? Did these live up to your expectations?

    2) What features would you recommend to fellow players?

    3) What features do you feel could be improved?

    4) Overall, how would you rate your experience playing there? Is there anything that stands out vs other betting apps?

Thank you for taking the time to provide insight on the BetRivers product. We appreciate it!

#2 Book Behind Draft Kings....Mobile App is glitchy and not as user friendly to maneuver around to access alt markets...Promos decent lots of boosts. they do offer more markets then most...DK is by far he best but Rivers is top 3 IMO little ahead of fandual though fandual mobil way better

i like bet rivers as an interface but their comps and rewards are lacking. i liked their original bonus structure a lot better.

i do like their variety in lines and sometimes you will get a line 10 to 20 cents cheaper as you are not paying their marketing dept's fees.

                  1) What factor(s) led you to sign up at BetRivers? Did these live up to your expectations? Bonus money. The initial bonus and bonus points rewards which could be cashed for free plays made this aspect live up to my expectations.

                  2) What features would you recommend to fellow players? Use the bonus store to buy free plays. Recommend waiting until you have 1000 points so you can get a $30 free play.

                  3) What features do you feel could be improved? Wager limits were sharply lowered after awhile. They could have higher limits.

                  4) Overall, how would you rate your experience playing there? Is there anything that stands out vs other betting apps? App is good and does not crash. Initial bonuses were good, but the current wager limits on my account have resulted in reduced action of late.

If you can reach & maintain the VIP levels (Level 7, and then 10), BR easily has the best Reward program. Two deposit matches per month, and the daily Parlay insurance (at one point, there was Parlay insurance on NBA, WNBA, and MLB).

The catch, maintaining those Levels. BR is quick to limit.

But they do allow re-betting, if the odds move. Compare this to DK/Caesars/FD, where there is a maximum.

A couple years ago I played a bunch of blackjack (and lost a lot)on the casino side to get to their top level. The rewards were almost insulting. Awhile later I actually got an email from a host. I said I played over $2M coin in and all the rewards you gave me was a $250 deposit match and some bullshit SGP 25% profit boosts $25 max bet. I said if I played like that at the casino they'd be giving me free food, comps, hotels, show tickets. You give me nothing. I never heard back. The outrageous thing is their loyalty program is a constant rolling program. You have to play like that continuously every month, not year, to get essentially nothing. Their list of benefits lists free trips, comp meal, free playing device. I never got any of that. Not that I especially wanted it (I'm really just interested in bonus money).

That's the story of these online books the past couple of years. 2020 they were giving a lot away. Now they have a captive audience and they cut everything. A 25% profit boost minimum 4 legs is considered a promo now. That's not even a break even play. Playing in the casino offers way more these days. The online places are just taking advantage of people.

Level 10 is supposed to be VIP Events (never been notified of an event), dedicated VIP Manager (haven't heard from mine in 9 months), luxury VIP gifts (nope), lifetime custom VIP avatar (what???), and VIP thank you dinner (nope).

All the casino-backed books (Rivers, Penn, Caesars) have a similar problem -- they copy/paste their Rewards Program to the sportsbook apps (the Programs that are *really* intended for brick & mortar slots players), and then they deny/ignore any sportsbook players who have the audacity to reach the top VIP levels.

I get it, sportsbook play is usually less "valuable" than slots play. But the players don't design the Rewards Programs, the casinos/books do. If somebody achieves Platinum (whether through slots, or sports, or poker), then give them all the Platinum goodies. If you think it is too "easy" for sports/poker to achieve Platinum, then reconfigure the Program for the following year.

Yea the custom avatar is hilarious. So I think I reached the level 10. It looks like you don't get the gaming device until the invite level but the point remains. While in the casinos sports generally doesn't get any benefits, in the online world it does. You can be a sports only player and get plenty of perks, just not at Betrivers.

They were good at the start even with there -112/-112 odds in NY on alot of markets and as you guys have mentioned good vip benefits. They weren't making enough money with that so now limiting on top of having bad odds on almost every market compared to the industry. Must be hard to make money as a book with all the regulations lawyers etc etc.
