Not sure about that. I have spoken on the phone in the past. Not sure about the current #.

I can say that they are very quick to process Deposits. I've been using Litecoin. You go thru the steps, it's literally in your account within 12 minutes (normally).

Ha ha I got relegated because they would always call me to offer me some BS bonus and Id tell them to FK off so they got the hint but made it to where I could only live chat with them.

Heritage Customer Service Phone #'s and Wagering #'s are now open to all. The Posters are right here - we did have them restricted in an ill conceived plan to cut costs. We did cut costs but got a lot of upset clients. Our new policy is we would rather pay extra to have satisfied clients. Thanks again for the question.

I called and was able to talk to someone. And sometimes calling is better. I first went online chat about signing up newsletter scratch off bonus which I couldn’t find. I was simply told it’s in the banner when you log in. But I still couldn’t find it and chat ended.

Few hours later I tried again and still couldn’t find the banner so I called and spoke with CS. He fully explained that once you login, then scroll down until you see “newsletter” link. Subscribe from there and scratch off bonus comes on Friday.

He also stated that they have open parlay again ($50k max). And gave me some additional info which I already knew. But this exchange was 10x more helpful than online chat.

You and your micro deposits, because you don’t have the confidence or balls to make sizable bets. I’m sure you’re well off too financially.

I’m actually a little disgruntled at Chucky for my efforts to find a +EV system at the card game Baccarat. 7K in profits later in a true grind fashion not one positive peep out of him which is cowardly. Only reason I bring this up is because he came into my thread and threw negative vibes at me which is classless. So there was a little motivation there to my message to Chucky. I don’t expect him to acknowledge this or even respond. In my book he’s a selective coward type poster.
