I’ve deposited and withdrawn hundreds of thousands with Heritage for many years. The best live betting imo which I love. For the first time ever I have a pending $6k ETH withdrawal that is now in the 30+ hour range pending, with no solution in sight. Usually payouts are always within 4 hours I would say. At that mark yesterday I asked what was going on and they said oh we’re waiting on confirmation from the processor you should see the funds soon. Later last night I chat again and ask, oh there’s no supervisors avail and the payout team is off.
this morning chat, they say oh no worries this is a one off, you will be paid before the 24 hour mark. Now it’s been 30+ hours and there are “no supervisors avail” and to keep waiting we promise it’s going to be sent. For someone who has trusted them with A LOT of money this is the first time feeling truly uncomfortable and really disgusted with the customer service and responses I’ve gotten. There’s nobody to talk to about it supposedly, just keep waiting. Grrr
