Did you ask for the bonus when you deposited? Because the price then versus now is irrelevant. Also, why deposit 1k when the max fp was $500 and you now have a much larger rollover thanks to a larger deposit amount?

I don’t have any rollover… I was told when I deposited what the price of Bitcoin was at the time of my deposit would dictate whether it went up or down. That’s why I deposited when the price was 48,000 as I figured it had room to go up for the month. I deposited 1000 because it said it factors in the amount that is in your account each day and I thought it would be a higher amount of free play if my balance was bigger. Also made over 60 plays as required. I knew the bonus sounded to good to be true as you would most likely be freeing Heritage if you make a deposit after a big decline in crypto for the day like I did. I believe crypto dropped 10% or more the day be4 my deposit. It’s okay I’ll just withdrawal if I’m not getting the free play…

Should be in your account already in Free Play
Was told my account didn’t qualify as I ONLY wagered 56 bets for the month. They wouldn’t make an exception. Need 60 to qualify

Heritage needs to come up with a better promo than this. This is one of the most confusing and poorly executed promo in the history of sportsbook promos.
