Has anybody else had any trouble with receiving the verification text with the 4 digit code? I have requested several times and I am having no luck. I've reset everything on phone, made sure I have no filters or blocked numbers yet not getting anything. Heritage is telling me it's not a problem on their end but nonetheless it is very frustrating. They said their is no other way to cashout so my money is just held hostage because I cannot receive the validation code.

It's possible your carrier is blocking the messages. Seems to be why some of these books want you to download Whatsapp or Telegram. Not so much so they can send you payout stuff but so they can spam you with offers, etc. But this might still be the root of your problem.Comment -
This happened to me years ago and there might be an old thread about it. But somehow my built-in text app blocked Heritage number and wasn’t getting the text messages. So I had to temporarily switch to another text app to get their text. Then switch back to my original text app.Comment -
Btw that was an Android phone which I later switched to an iPhone 1 year ago and now get their text messages.Comment -
