                                      Bookmaker eu selfie verification

                                      Hello. I'm using Bookmaker eu for about two months without any problem. I have made about 5000€ deposits and the same amount withdrawals. Yesterday i try to make a withdrawal again but they ask me to send again my already verified ID card (i had sent it when i open my account) and a selfie holding the ID card and a piece of paper with the date of today on it. Is this something i should be concerned about? How long does such an identification usually take? When i contact chat support they not give me a timeframe for my document checking. All my deposits and withdrawals are in crypto.

                                                Both accounts were blocked in April. Maybe we need to wait a year for the account to be unblocked???

                                                        to MissV: At least from what I understand they haven't stolen anyone's money they're just holding onto it for a long time. If there's anything that gives us hope that we won't lose it permanently, maybe it's this.

                                                          I don't quite agree. If they block funds for a year without explaining the reasons, it is incorrect.

                                                              As I read, Optional can give some suggestions to make the matter easier and provide the bills faster, is that true? In general, can we do something to save you this endless delay? I am on the third day and I have not received a response as to whether they have checked the 3 photos they asked for.

All I did was follow Optional's suggestions and all we can do is try at that point. Ha no I tried everything under the sun for 11 months (especially the first few months).

                                                                I can say I've never seen that message before, mine and I believe account was disabled, so you seem to be in a much better spot. Not that I have don't have sympathy but, 3 days is nothing-especially with how the off shore world is nowadays

                                                                    As others mentioned, you may not have any issue at all. KYC generally can take a week or so there for anyone.
