All Bookmaker.eu, Justbet and Galaxysports issues

Anyone else get the Justbet VIP emails? I get these bonus codes, choose the 100% freeplay with the 10x roll but after the deposit when I claim it they change it to a 20x roll, typical bait and switch bs

My account was unblocked.
I won 10k from my 1430 USD.I made a withdrawal today - received it in 30 minutes.
I don't understand at all why my account was blocked for almost a year.

Yesterday i got an answer after a week from the KYC department and they ask me to fill this form. Have anyone else recieve this form and if yes what was the following steps ?

I have, it's a legit form so go ahead and fill it out. I got ghosted shortly after BUT seems like their kyc is actually cooperating based on the last couple pages of this thread!

I also filled out this form. It didn't help.
After that, my account remained closed. Only almost a year later the account was unblocked.

My account is not closed. I have access but I can't make a withdrawal. Also, some betting categories are limited. For example, table tennis and MMA, which I used to bet on.

UPDATE: My account was identified and I was able to make a withdrawal normally.

This is a joke. It is hard enough to win, then when you do you have to put up with this. Betcris/Bookmaker is a shell of their previous self. They are to be avoided at all costs.

I don't know if this played a role in my case, but I filed a complaint with OSGA, they replied to me after 2 days that they received it and contacted the bookmaker and an hour after their email reply, the bookmaker replied that my account had been verified. Have you tried filed a complaint ?

Bookmaker doesn't rob, I see it as more of an interest free loan they're taking lol

Very helpful.

Appreciate that someone here is not just whining like a caught scammer and not submitting the form I have posted a link to and asked everyone to fill in 3 or 4 times.

You've been trolling the thread and done nothing suggested but come back and try and bash the book... just like a caught scammer who knows they have no chance of being paid whatever you do.

Additionally, a bookmaker rep appears to be monitoring this thread and other posters accounts have been addressed whilst yours has not. Which is exactly how Bookmaker handle caught scammers. Not that I agree with that policy, but that's how they do it.

So yes, I think you have simply been caught trying to get around the site terms. And I can see you are not going to get any help here. And as you ignored all my posts "begging" people to help us all by submitting to OSGA... I think you are not genuine.

Sorry if you dont like that, or it's overly harsh, or just not right. But YOU made the choice to ignore me and act just like a scammer would. Check cashed pal. No refunds.
